In the green hills of Livorno, 10 km from the sea and from Castiglioncello and nestled in a wood of cedar trees, Podere la Madonnina is a renovated farmhouse that conserves the charm of the old times. The detached house consists of 2 apartment, one on the ground and one on the first floor, only connected from the outside. It is in a peaceful spot and it has a large private garden with a swimming-pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is also equipped with tv, washing machine. Podere la Madonnina is about 40 km from Pisa and 90 km from Florence. The house IT5330.876.1 is approx 100 m away. Country house "Podere La Madonnina". 10 km from the sea. Main points of criticism after our stay in summer 2023: - In the apartment we used on the ground floor it smelled musty and old, even permanent ventilation didn't help, it's just old rooms and old furniture. - It wasn't clean, long cobwebs on the ceilings
