San Carlo 3 km from the centre of Massa, 12 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, 45 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property, garden flowers and trees, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 28.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: laundry (extra). Parking space n 1 on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Sarzana 20 km, La Spezia e le 5 Terre 30 km, Pisa 50 km, Firenze 120 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Residence is shared with owner, where the vacation home part is located on the upper floor. Location is ok to reach by car. Not much in the vicinity of the residence, and not very safe to walk around in the

The pool is not for exclusive use. The owner's family members also use it. The pool was never cleaned in the 7 days. We cleaned the pool several times a day with the net on the surface. Only a vacuum could have removed the dirt on the floor. It was only u

Es ist sehr schön hier, Blick auf Massa bis zum Meer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen mit gigantischem Blick auf Massa und das Meer. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Für die Zufahrt/Parkmöglichkeit ist ein kleineres Auto von Vorteil. Enge Zufahrt. Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit.
