Hotel Maranello Village recensioner

Great place for family, comes with kitchen and washing machine. Good breakfast too

I booked a room at Maranello Village to visit Ferrari Museum. The museum is located in the downtown area of Maranello, which is around 15 minutes by car. If you are planning to visit Ferrari Museum from hotel and don't have a car, contact the front desk and ask them to book a taxi for you in advance. Because the hotel is located in the rural area, it's hard to find a taxi driver to the Ferrari Museum. (We walked to Ferrari Museum from hotel and it took us 50 minutes to get there. However, the town seems safe and the way to the museum was not complicated. If you like walking, and would like to feel the town in Italy, I would recommend you to walk there. But only if you do not have any transportation to get there. It's maybe not a good idea to walk there during summer. The temperature in Maranello is pretty hot. Thanks to Leonardo, who provided us water bottles and the map to get there. He was an exceptional staff. He was very friendly, and because of him, our stay in Maranello was very comfortable. The room was also spacious and the interior was very modern. We stayed on the first floor (ground level), and we could open the door to the outside area. This hotel is very quiet and pretty. I am willing to visit this place again. See you again!

前台服務員歧視中國人。臨時有事，再多住一晚，同樣的房型，同樣的價格，多住一晚的房費還預付了，但是前台就是不願意讓我原房入住，堅持一定要我先退房，再入住。但是旁邊剛有另外一個同樣網上平台訂的就可以！！！

前台一男一女，check in的時候女服務直接告知我帶孩子要加錢，在我的據理力爭下經過系統查詢，多一人是不需要加錢的！（因為預訂時特意查過房間本來是4人間，4個人以內價格都是一樣的） 女服務態度一直高傲，還好男服務比較靈活，一直打圓場，還熱情的告知如何去達房間！給的是107號房間，要穿過整個走道，感覺是刻意為之！（酒店當晚並沒有多少人） 次日check out後立刻發現漏了充電線充電頭轉換器在酒店，當時立刻聯繫了攜程，並確認了東西已找到！但當我們要求酒店代寄到指定地址時，又出現了各種問題。1非要我本人填寫一份意大利文的網上登記（我還得學一次語言？）2要求我提供證據證明東西是我的！（離開當天就確認過的事情！）3目前已經過去快十天依然毫無進展！ 所以，服務絕對的差評是給定了！大家考慮清楚再決定是否要定它！

Hotel posizionato benissimo rispetto ai musei Ferrari, è possibile arrivare in pochissimi minuti al Museo di Maranello che imboccare la provinciale per Modena. Camera molto accogliente, pulita e con letti comodissimi. Tutta la struttura richiama la storia della Ferrari in tutti i dettagli e la consiglio assolutamente agli appassionati. La F310B di Michael Schumacker alla reception è la ciliegina sulla torta.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très fun pour les adeptes de Ferrari. Une très belle expérience pour faire une halte entre Florence et Côme.
