Hotel Majestic

Stayed here one night on a biking trip and really enjoyed it despite a poor first impression (exterior is not well maintained with peeling paint). Best thing is a fabulous huge thermal pool heated to 36C, we loved it. The hotel is one of 3 large hotels in a resort complex, I suspect it’s also the cheapest but you can use the facilities in the other properties. Our room was fine, large and well maintained with lovely views from the balcony. Decor was like every Marriott we’ve ever stayed in, think it might have been a Marriott in its past. Others in our group said their rooms were shabby so make sure you ask for a renovated one. There’s nowhere you can eat outside the resort complex, the dining room is large and impersonal but the food was surprisingly excellent, some of the best pasta I’ve had. Staff all very friendly. We’d have been happy to stay longer

I have been coming to this hotel with my family for over 10 years. The hotel is fantastic for children to play in the pool, the service is excellent. I always stay at the Majestic building . I don't like staying in overly touristy places because there are too many people. The hotel is perfect for those who want to relax. When I want to go to Venice or Chioggia, Verona , Padova I take the car and get there in less than 1 hour. Nothing stops me from going out with the car. It's my second home. Thanks to the staff , the direction , Fabrizio for their kindness and comfort. Always perfect !

After an early start my wife and I met up with our friends in Venice airport,picked up a hire car and hit the road. It is very easy to get to this area, 50 / 55 minutes travel. On arrival we were allocated our rooms which were good sized and clean. This was the norm for the week we were there, Christina did a great job of cleaning our rooms. The hotel didn’t seem to be overly busy and we had a great choice of sunbed selection , sometimes it was like we had the pool to ourselves. The temperature of the water was great, like taking a bath albeit there was a section in the pool ,a circular area where the water was freezing ,part of the thermal experience I think. Dinner consisted of 4 courses with 4 choices along with a daily special. There was always something to eat for everyone. Good selection at breakfast time. Salvatore and svetlana were really good in the bar area and it was nice to meet “il direttore “ the resort manager. The area is perfect for getting around all the small villages in the area and the train station is a 5 minute drive away. Padua around 45 minutes and Venice 80 ish minutes away on super clean trains. We did notice that the villages and trains were immaculate,puts this country to shame. Giovanni and Doreen were 2 other employees at the front desk that were really helpful. We would have no hesitation in coming back here around the same time next year. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

My last visit, after many, was greeted with the news that not only could I not have my room until 3pm (fair enough) I would have to pay an additional 15 euro (20 dollars) to stay by the pool because I arrived early (the woman at reception blamed Covid for the extra fee, which I found in especially bad taste). The 15 euro fee does not include any changing rooms or locker space, so I literally had to change in a broom closet and walk around with my things. Had I been informed at the time of booking I would have arrived at 3pm. Communication has been terrible lately, no one answers the main phone lines, my emails get answered after 3 to 4 days, and the food quality has gone down. The heater in my bathroom was broken (they said it was unrepairable) so my bathing things were still wet in the morning. I was so disappointed and uncomfortable I left the following morning right after breakfast. I wrote to the management before writing this to give them a fair chance but they never responded. I don't know if the management has changed, but service has gone down.

Complesso termale composto da tre resort, Majestic Splendid e Sporting. Visitato per un evento aziendale, abbiamo usufruito delle sale riunioni, del ristorante e delle piscine termali, riscaldate all’esterno e collegate a quelle interne. Presenti anche sauna e grotta di sale, piu della stanze per i massaggi. Sulle terme nulla da dire, ma la struttura è molto datata e avrebbe bisogno di un rifacimento delle parti esterne. Le camere sono grandi e dotate di accappatoio e asciugamano per le piscine. La vista sui colli circostanti è davvero magnifica. Purtroppo molte stanze erano piene di cimici e troppo calde, con difficoltà a regolare la temperatura. Il check in parte dalle 15 ma purtroppo alle 18 la mia camera non era ancora pronta. Cena buona con menu dedicato, nel complesso si mangia bene ed è una buona soluzione per godersi un po’ di relax e approfittare delle vicine attrazioni.

Прекрасный отель, входящий в общий парк из трех отелей! Sporting имеет собственный большой бассейный парк, состоящий из внутреннего и внешнего бассейна! Пользоваться можно и бассейнами соседнего отеля, но они менее живописные! Бассейны работают до 20.00! В отели превосходные завтраки и хорошие номера с балконами и с ковровым покрытием! Рядом гольф поле и теннисные корты! До ближайшего городка Батталья Терме - 1 км. В СПА комплексе бесплатно можно пользоваться сауной, хамамом. Есть хороший бар у бассейна!
