Private: garden 170 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, fitness room, table tennis, table football. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Nearby attractions: Pisa 60 km, Firenze 65 km, Lucca 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Abetone 65 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included).
