I stayed at this hotel with four friends as our annual girls Fly & Flop holiday and that’s exactly what we did with temperatures reaching 37 It is quite remote but that didn’t concern us but I would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore Sardinia We thought that the food was fabulous, a good variety to suit everyone and different dishes every day rather than revamped the following day like many all inclusive hotels. You could eat in the restaurant or from the food truck next to the pool, some of us preferred to do that during the day and it was good quality burgers, Caesar salad, chips etc Everyone always wants to know what the ‘all inclusive’ alcoholic drinks are like…..the white wine is really good quality, I can’t comment on red as we don’t drink it but people said it was good, the cocktails were great too. Drinks were available all day The swimming pool is fabulous and very big, at no point did it get crowded even during exercise sessions The beach was lovely but we all prefer to lie by the pool. The whole hotel and grounds are kept immaculate The best part of this hotel is the staff, all of them were genuinely helpful, polite and caring. The waiters were all so nice, I particularly remember Vincenzo, he looked after us all week and kept a table reserved for us that made life easier for my friend who is reliant on a wheelchair. All in all a wonderful hotel

The cooking class was really informative, a lot of fun and the food was delicious. Thank you Exec Chef Lillo and the lovely Spanish TUI Rep who did an awesome job of translating for us!

We travelled to the TUI Blue Budoni in June 2025, we were slightly concerned after reading the latest reviews about the hotel on TripAdvisor as we had originally looked at and booked this hotel before it became a TUI Blue hotel . The highlight of the holiday for us was the food, it was great to see that TUI had kept an authentic Sardinia / Italian style menu for the majority of the food served in the restaurant and it was an refreshing change to have exciting and tasty dishes instead of normal bland international buffet that are the fare of a good percentage of A.I establishments. Another normal gripe of mine is that hotel hot drinks are quite often undrinkable, the coffee in all areas of the hotel were excellent. All the rooms seemed to be in a rustic Sardinian chalet style which we thought was quite charming. While not being the most modern room was more than adequate, the room was clean, and the bed comfy. The shower could do with being slightly bigger though. Some of the reviews complain about the service in the Restaurant and there were times that there wasn't a table that was set when you arrived but once the staff knew where you wanted to dine they immediately came over and set the table and took your drinks orders. In fact all members of the hotel staff that we met were very hard working, obliging and friendly and this is one of the reasons we thought so highly of the hotel. The hotel has an area on the nearby beach with sun loungers and Umbrellas. The location of the hotel as mentioned in previous reviews is in a quiet spot between the Marina and Budoni and both could be walked to in around 30 minutes. We enjoyed this but some might find it a little too remote. All in all , we loved our time in Sardinia and at TUI Blue Budoni. Thank you

This is a lovely resort with extremely welcoming staff. The buildings are low rise and attractive and the gardens are beautifully well kept. The room was lovely and kept very clean. The dining area is very pleasant and the food is good, with lots of variety. Highlights were the fish and seafood pasta dishes. The bars offered lots of drink options and were happy to refill water bottles for us. There are a few wasps, but there are wasps everywhere at this time of year in the Mediterranean! The beach is stunning and was swept early every morning and lifeguarded. There is seaweed (actually posidonia sea grass) because the sea is a healthy ecosystem! There are rocks directly opposite the hotel sunbeds which provide excellent habitat for numerous fish species; you can easily swim around them and snorkel straight off the beach and see huge numbers and varieties of fish in the morning when the sea is flat and calm, and you only have to move 30 yards down the beach to swim in a section where there is a sandy bottom. Behind the beach are some salt flats where we saw flamingoes, egrets and plovers! The pools were nice and the splash park was fun and bigger than we expected. The sports and fitness classes on offer were great and the entertainment really enjoyable (karaoke, quiz, local musicians etc.) Our girls enjoyed a free cooking class learning to make gnocchi. There is a shuttle bus service to local towns that's very cheap but it was too hot to drag the children around. Hire car is available, as are taxis, although these are expensive. You can walk to the next town (which is a modern town with a marina, a couple of gelateria and a few shops). It takes 30 minutes and the first half of this is through a beautiful pine forest with a natural fitbess trail. You can also walk perfectly safely into Budoni town because there is a pedestrian lane beside the road. All in all, a lovely, relaxing holiday in a very unspoiled natural area.

What a wonderful stay! We loved how quiet it was here, the pool and beach never seemed busy and it always felt so calm and relaxed. We can’t thank the staff at the hotel enough and they are the ones that make this such a special place to stay. Our son has a rare condition with a strict diet. We contacted the hotel before and asked if they would cook some of our sons prescription pasta. We got a prompt reply from Morena saying of course and she would introduce us to the chef. At check in Morena mentioned this before we had a chance and again said it wouldn’t be a problem. It really put us at ease. On the first night we handed the pasta to the Maître d Bovina (I hope I have spelt his name correctly) he couldn’t have been more accommodating and offered to help with anything else we needed. Every night as we arrived he would walk straight towards us and be ready to take the pasta and help with his friendly smile. This was our first holiday with our son due to concerns it would be difficult with his diet and the attention we were given and kindness shown meant so very much! We really enjoyed snorkelling at the beach but I would suggest taking beach shoes as my eldest son stood on a sea urchin. The lifeguards were really helpful and managed to remove lots of the spines but suggested going to hospital as some were still in his foot. When we got back to reception to order a taxi to the hospital they said they would instead call a doctor. This was done so quickly and at 50 euros was much cheaper than taxis and the hospital. The member of staff really was so helpful and again caring. I believe his name was Michael, we ended up speaking to him a few times during our visit and he always made my son feel comfortable and took an interest in how he was getting on after the incident. It didn’t put my son off going back in the water and with shoes on this time he was able to spot lots more fish! As people have said in previous reviews it is handy to have a car so you can visit some beautiful near by beaches but we still managed to enjoy the shingle beach attached to the hotel as the water was so clear. We also loved the walk through the pine forest, seeing the lagoon and some Children’s play equipment. It was just the perfect holiday for us and we want the staff recognised for their caring and attentiveness. A big thank you to them, especially those mentioned for making our holiday so special.
