VOI Colonna Village

First of all I would like to give a big shout out to the entertainment team as they were amazing. The hotel its self was great and the staff are very friendly. The beach that was provided was perfect and very well kept. This hotel is very family friendly. However, the restaurant didn’t cater for all as there was a lot of seafood. But all in all it was great. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a relaxing and remote holiday .

The space I get to text in here may not be sufficient to cover everything I wish to speak about. The entertainment staff is nothing short of incredible. They work day and night to insure everything runs smoothly and people feel at ease. The attention placed on details - whether they be insuring the serenity of clients or the choreography steps - is remarkable, and the amount of hours spent idealising, organising and rehearsing is evident. Each member is both skilled in a specific field and capable of navigating a plurality of tasks. Greta and Michelle utterly nailed the water aerobics, and represent a valuable addition during the evening theatre performances as well. Matteo’s energy makes it impossible for you not to smile in his presence. Always the professional sports’ guy, he is careful in ensuring an healthy competitive environment during the activities. Fluctuating in his authentic, creative and positive vibes you’ll find Gabriele (follow the big red mosquito glasses). While his never ending smile accompanies you throughout the day, it’s the acting and dancing skills which will truly mesmerise you during the evening shows. The choreographies are Sabrina’s masterpiece. Coupled with Anita, the two make a stunning dancing duo. Lorenzo and Lucrezia’s efforts to keep the youth entertained do not go unnoticed. If you have kids or teens, rest assured they’ll find themselves in great hands. Last but not least, Salvatore’s qualified, outgoing, and ironic self is a sight to behold. 99% of his 24-hours-time is spent planning - literally - everything. In the latter 1% he is rehearsing the cartwheel on stage. They are just some of the skilled and lovely staff members you’ll encounter. Astrid’s politeness at the restaurant is refreshing, and Allan’s calm and professionalism at the swimming pool reassuring. I figured 10 days were too little time. Have fun!!😊

It was a beautiful hotel with lots of nature. The beach and the sea was amazing. The employees were vey nice and kind. Thanks to Samuel, a very nice and helpful waiter.

We were victim of theft in our room on 14 July 2025, 2800 euros were stolen from our safe. Our safe had been resetted with a master key and we could not open it with our code. We contacted reception and they sent a technician to open the safe. That’s when we realised that the money were missing from the safe. Furthermore we realised that the safety of our room was compromised by a broken balcony door which did not lock when in lock position. We had to contact the front office manager again Luana Capretti which she then called technician to fixed the door. We called the carabinieri on the day we discovered the money went missing who came straight away that night, also had to go to the carabinieri station the following morning to file a crime report. After this experience we felt violated and wanted to leave the resort and asked for a refund of the remainder of our holiday as we were going to leave. The director Massimo Martina informed us that your legal department of Voi Hotels refused our request so we were forced to stay for the rest of the week we originally booked. The director has told us and the carabinieri that Voi Hotel insurance will cover for customers theft, they have also sent out our crime report to insurances Allianz and that they have open a claim for us. To date I have not heard from the insurance and the director refused to give me report in writing of what happened, even a basic email as we needed for insurance purposes. They said I have to contact the legal department for this, but when asked them to give me the legal department contact details, they have ignored me. I have emailed the hotel again 3 days later asking for the contact details of the legal department agsib but I have had no reply. This was our second year in this resort and sadly the last.

Had a great time I’m still here in fact but absolutely love the place , Gabriel is a great asset to your team and will 💯 be coming back
