Thank you so much for wonderful service! It was fantastic stay. This place is very nice, peaceful, clean with spectacular views.People are very gentle and friendly. The chef cooked amazing dishes. His crostata is incredible! Thank you!

It didn’t take very long for us to form a lasting impression of this place. Arriving after dark on a Friday evening and parking in the ample parking space adjacent to the entrance, we are warmly greeted by Daniele, who took care of every single detail of our short stay. After a refreshing shower, we made our way to the restaurant, beautifully appointed and with an open kitchen for us to view what was going on. As usual, the menu was supplemented by daily specials, and we dipped in and out of both, ending up tasting at least seven different dishes all prepared and served single-handedly by Daniele. They rear the famous Suino Nero on the premises, something we were lucky enough to experience firsthand the following morning. Their hams, salamis and lardo made excellent accompaniments to both our dinner as well as breakfast, and the attention to detail lavished on the dishes is evident everywhere else you look around. Their home-made wine and olive oil hold their own out against some of the very best in the region, and are hundred percent organic, of course. After a restful sleep, we had a stroll around the entire property, walking past the scattered suites, 10 in all and eventually arrived at the pool area, set on raised ground with beautiful views of the surrounding olive groves in the countryside. A very short visit, unfortunately, but enough for us to decide this is a place that we will want to come back to. This especially after meeting the lovely owners, Paolo and Graziella, and realising how much love these two wonderful people have put into setting up Domus Hyblaea

This resort is run as a top notch family run establishment. We called ahead and they arranged transportation right from the Catania airport for us. We enjoyed our time here. Daniel was fantastic to deal with. He brought us whatever we needed. The food was all homemade and was so delicious. The pool was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. Thanks for the great stay. We used the oil and vinegar we got from them every day on our ride for lunch. They even sent us off with a beautiful picnic lunch on our first day of riding. Thanks to all the staff at this resort.

We arrived on a rainy afternoon in February & the delightful staff & the owners themselves greeted us with typical Sicilian hospitality……lovely food & wine & a warm welcoming spacious room. When the rain settled & the sun came out, we could really see the splendor we found ourselves in. Olive trees as far as the eye could see & little cottages & rooms scattered amongst the green landscape. A landscape dotted with “ free roaming” Neri Siciliani pigs, which are reared with great organisation in the farm part of the resort. This resort is a work of love for the land & a heart full of hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo scelto questo Resort per visitare Palazzolo Acreide e altri piccoli centri della zona, trovando gentilezza, professionalità, ottima cucina, e bellissime persone. La struttura è immersa nel verde e ne siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. Grazie Cinzia. Sebastiano e Maria

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura tra le soluzioni offerte da Smartbox, ed è stata una decisione azzeccatissima! Nonostante non sia un periodo di alta stagione e non si possa godere a pieno degli spazi esterni, il resort appare curato: prati verdi, fiori, alberi in fiore. L'accoglienza di Cinzia è stata calorosa e attenta ai dettagli: come ritrovarsi tra amici. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Ultima sorpresa: la cucina di Daniele! Ottima sia la pizza che il ristorante, servizio veloce e impeccabile. Grazie ragazzi, torneremo a trovarvi!
