Weekend of October 6-8. Took my 2 kids here for a weekend to catch some end of summer sunshine! (Inset day weekend for school back in Uk). Pool was open and acceptable to my kids. Slightly cool for me. Seawater temperature was brilliant. Pleasantly warm. We spent time both at pool side and on the deserted beach. 5th floor of hotel had the hot tub pool open also. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Very well presented. Liked the home from home feel also. Bath tub would have been handy but shower was very good. Breakfast. Surpassed expectations for size of hotel. Very good quality. Kids obsessed with the orange squeeze machine to make their juice. Egg/pancake station cooking to order. Coffees and hot chocolates all to order. Great choice of fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheeses. Location - bit of a walk from the Main Street of S Benedetto, especially with kids. In more residential suburb, pleasant all the same and nice kids park opposite hotel. Very close to nice pizza restaurant “del nord”. Walking away from the sea under the railway is a great gelateria. Would stay again at this time of year . Would likely rent a car from airport next time to enjoy more.

It doesn’t come cheap, but it is. Rooms are really outdated and all the property lacks maintenance and looks like abandoned to itself. The beach is 3 Km away and only reachable with an overcrowded train which goes through a bumpy road with no shade at all. Also the beach has a bar which closes in the hottest hours, therefore all guests are left with no access to water. No towel service at the beach - towels can be rent for 6,50 euro each only at the hotel and if you want to change them you need to rent it again during your stay. No room service. The few services provided have a strict schedule to follow: breakfast, lunch, dinner, kids activities, train to reach the beach, bars, pools, etc. In the evening they offer a selection of entertainment - the one for the kids are really lovely, but when it comes to the ones for adults the music is horrible and terribly loud. It goes ahead until midnight without respect for the guests that have young kids and/or are on vacation to relax. And this is a family resort or at leat this is how they advertise it! Food is ok, but nothing special compared to the quality you can experience in this part of Italy. Staff are nice, but clearly overloaded. I don’t recommend this place…. Really think before booking this place as they charge the whole amount of your vacation two weeks prior your arrival and there is no way for you to reduce your stay and get some form of refund when you realise it’s not the place where you were hoping to enjoy your vacation.

È molto rilassante ,ci sono sia cose adatte ai bambini e sia cose agli adulti. Puoi fare attivita sportive come danza tiro all arco coda dasirena e ci sono anche animatori fantastici. Ci sono piscine d acqua salata e dolce . Ke camere sono accoglienti , il letto è comodo.🥰 Ristorante perfetto e la piscina la sera una meraviglia . Ve lo consiglio! Inoltre bagni pulitissimi.

Très bonne semaine dans ce complexe … le restaurant principal propose un choix de plats (les pâtes carbonara sont une tuerie)… vous avez votre table réservée pour la durée du séjour, pratique car il y a beaucoup beaucoup de monde… les piscines sont agréables (une est à l’eau de mer)… les chambres et les lits sont confortables … Clim réglable et pas bruyante …on vous change les serviettes de bain et de plages régulièrement… pour la plage, un petit train vous emmène … Le personnel est sympathique mais très peu parlent français … Le point négatif sera pour nous le bruit : celui des soirées et la musique à la piscine principale … beaucoup mais vraiment beaucoup trop fort surtout quand les animateurs hurlent dans leur micro pour animer … les italiens parlent forts et ne semblent pas gênés par cela …

È stata la prima esperienza in una struttura del genere e non posso fare altro che dare 5 stelle (anche di più) tutto è stato al top.. Camere ben rifinite e sempre pulite (personale delle pulizie sempre disponibile e super Attivo). Il cibo è ottimo, abbondante e sempre ben rifornito.. Il personale addetto alla sala sempre disponibile, un ringraziamento in particolare a Robert davvero il top. Il resort ha due piscine una di acqua dolce e una di acqua salata, tutti e due spettacolari.. Il mare sempre bello e pulito (l'unico neo che ci vuole la navetta (passa di continuo) per arrivarci quindi non si può andare in autonomia.. L'animazione è davvero un fiore all'occhiello.... Tutti bravi, simpatici ti trasportano in quello che fanno e quindi la vacanza diventa qualcosa di spettacolare.. Degno di nota sono Daniele (il capo animatore) Andrea (il vice) e come non citare Andrea (istruttore di tennis), Davide (istruttore di calcio), Marco (istruttore di nuoto), Michela (acquagym - GAG - yoga - Zumba), Vincenzo (con il quale la sera in piazza ethra ci si divertiva a ballare, e non solo la sera) ed infine Irene (con il suo ballo frenetico e la sua organizzazione nei vari giochi).. Un particolare apprezzamento va fatto anche al mini club Serenella con il "capo" Lorenzo (Lollo) e tutte le sue collaboratrici (Sara, Simona ect.) sempre disponibili e sempre al fianco dei nostri bambini, dalla mattina fino a prima di cena.. e poi la baby dance la sera con i bambini che si sfrenavano e si divertivano.. La sera i vari spettacoli tutti divertentissimi e che coinvolgono il pubblico... Davvero una bella esperienza da rifare sicuramente... Ps. 2 consigli: 1. Al ristorante Scirò sul mare conviene fare la cena e no il pranzo.. perché la mattina fa troppo caldo sia per chi lavora e per chi deve mangiare (invece si può fare solo il pranzo). 2. Alla pizzeria (pinseria etrha) farla all'aperto con il caldo è qualcosa di pesante, un area climatizzata sarebbe l'ideale.

Abbiamo prenotato dal 1 al 7 luglio 24 Con garanzia Bluserena .Avendo una figlia autistica che in quel periodo si è aggravata con problemi di irritabilità ed è diventata ingestibile ci risultava impossibile partire quindi chiamiamo una quindicina di giorni prima il call center che ci tranquillizzava dicendo che con Garanzia Bluserena al massimo avremmo avuto una penale di 100 euro e invece non ci restituiscono l’acconto di 750 versato . Pensavamo che Bluserena fosse una compagnia seria ma invece spendono tanto in pubblicità e poi non hanno il minimo interesse verso i clienti. Noi abbiamo acquistato una garanzia Bluserena che avrebbe dovuto tutelarci ma invece così non è stato pensando che aveste a cuore i vs clienti e anche di fronte a gravi problemi con una bambina autistica che si è aggravata ed è diventata ingestibile questa cosa ci ha reso impossibile affrontare la vacanza prenotata. Vedo che nutrite un grande disinteresse fregandovene altamente dei vostri clienti …e delle persone con disabilità.
