Chalet "Baita El Deroch", 1'420 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 9.8 km from the centre of Predazzo, 3.9 km from the centre of Bellamonte, 71 km from the centre of Bolzano, on a slope. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. 200 m long very bumpy motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3.9 km, supermarket 9.8 km, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 9.8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 11.9 km, gondola lift 3.4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Castelir -Lusia 3400 km, Latemar 1900 km.
