Crowne Pointe Historic Inn Adults Only

We had a great time. The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and happy hour were excellent and should not be missed. Great facility and perfect location. We will be back!! We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Point and will come again. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Room was great, private and large. The staff friendly and helpful. A lot of extras come with your stay such as the breakfast which is way better than typical hotel fare, the 5 pm wine hour on the patio where guests get to meet and share stories. The hotel was a block off Commercial St, a perfect location. We just loved our stay

Cozy Inn. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean. The bed very comfy.Nice bathroom with two shower heads. They have a restaurant that we went to one night. The food and drinks and server were outstanding.The also have a delicious breakfast that is included.Chris is so nice.He greeted us as we came in. I would give more stars if I could. The location is great. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back

This is my second time staying at the Crowne Pointe hotel. My stay there was so relaxing and enjoyable. I loved the atmosphere and the ambiance of the hotel. What I liked: 1. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room cleaning crew. 2. The perfect location. Very close to Main Street, yet the hotel is located in a quite area in town. 3. The well-kept garden and pool area with the lovely music. Sitting there makes all your stresses and worries go away (even if it is for the duration of the stay). 4. Chris, the person who helps in the serving area. He is so hospitable and friendly. Always smiling and welcoming. Always ready to assist. He is the kind of person you want to employ in the hospitality industry. 5. All the little extra details: fresh baked goodies / cookies in the afternoon, wine and cheese for happy hour, freshly prepared breakfast. All in all - I loved the hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel goes consistently downhill due to zero improvements. I've stayed here three times. It gets dirtier and dirtier the more I stay here. The room, at $900 a night including taxes and fees, was a queen size sagging mattress and a bathroom fan that didn't work taking out the steam and decided to come on every night we stayed there by itself until I got up to turn on and off the switch three times. The TVs are from the early 2000's, attached to the wall and about 20 inch. The can lighting is so old it has yellowed and is falling out of the ceiling. The furniture is mismatched and chipped. The fan above the bed had high or medium settings. The AC unit blew right on the bed and the fan to that unit had only a high setting. Breakfast is included but the last day they forgot to put in my order so we waited 30 minutes for three pancakes and were the only ones in the restaurant. I had to ask if it was coming out and they said they were still working on it. Cold sausage, bacon and hash browns rounded out the fare. The only reason we stayed here was there was nothing left in town. It won't happen a 4th time. I don't believe I've ever spent 900 bucks on such a poor excuse for a hotel ever.

I loved my time here. Such a simple, but still special experience. The staff has your back, and takes care of you. The staff displayed a sense of respect for guests and joy for being part of our vacation. I will definitely come back again and again. No complaints. The restaurant was not amazing, but offering free breakfast is. The pool is small but so is the community. Works for me. Small, special and simple. Thanks to all who aided in this great getaway. M

Rate 5 Johnny from the Bar was outstanding. He provided right recommendations to visit places around Ptown. His services was one of the BEST in the Hotel. The Kitchen Staff was amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend the Steak ***** of the Menu Our room was cleaned

The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the included hot breakfast and wine and cheese in the evening were an exceptional added bonus. Staff was helpful and gave great recommendations of where we could dine and enjoy local musicians. Thank you!

The Crowne Pointe is the only place we will stay in Provincetown. We love the private courtyard, the enclosed garden is so pretty and relaxing. Having breakfast on site is very convenient. We love John's farmer's omelet and fresh made home fries at breakfast. The evening social hour is a high point, relaxing and visiting for an hour before dinner is one of our favorite aspects of this inn. The staff are all very pleasant and friendly.
