Red Panda Manor Pu’re

Rum 301 ligger väldigt nära servicecentret. Den fristående trävillan var stor, och tvillingsängarna passade bra för en familjeresa. De hade omtänksamt nog ordnat med olika barnprodukter för bad och hygien, samt öronproppar. Inredningen kändes lite gammal, särskilt TV:n som inte fungerade för casting. Pendelbussen till våtmarksrestaurangen var väldigt bekväm och platsen var otroligt vacker. Det fanns många aktiviteter arrangerade för barnen, och att titta på insekter på natten i regnet var en unik upplevelse! Alla gäster fick rabatt! Pendelbussen till sevärdheterna var också väldigt praktisk! Allt som allt var upplevelsen ganska bra!

I was very impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. Not just taking our bags and coordinating electric cart rides between our destinations, but also the attentiveness shown towards any food allergies. We're carrying these little plastic cards to try and explain a specific allergy, and it hasn't been uncommon for people to just hand it back without reading, but the staff was very careful to read the card and even take it back to the chef in the kitchen. They even modified dishes to ensure our group member could ear more things. We appreciated our stay here very much.

Unique offerings in a secluded location. Fun to watch animals in a tropical jungle. The cicadas can be loud, but we were lucky it rained all night, so it’s the monsoon lullaby rather than that of the summer insect. The buffet is great, and the staff are cordial, esp. 小杨。 Overall it’s a pleasant and memorable stay.

The hotel offers a range of activities for kids, although many were not available at the time of our stay. Fun place for the kids. The tour we joined at the zoo was entertaining and educational. Being in the rainforest one must be ready to see bugs in the room (we had a cockroach in the room, but think this is pretty unavoidable given the number of cockroaches we saw in the park. We were told the type of cockroaches we saw in the park were “good” cockroaches and not pests). Would recommend for families with kids.

Lovely stay. Ideal for kids. Good, well priced food. Restaurant had a lovely view and terrace. Nice just to wander around the resort

We really enjoyed our stay. The wetland dining place is so mesmerizing with birds and red pandas almost within reach. The experience center offers excellent tea and coffee tastings, and we learned a lot about tea types and tea brewing techniques.

Location is very far off from town area but the hotel staff are very helpful and have all our concerns covered

We loved this hotel so much we booked an extra night, the staff helped us with moving our luggage to a new room and were kind and hospitable. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel are fantastic. The hotel is in the scenic area and the scenic area is really nice for a half day, can see many different animals. I especially want to thank Dai Canmei, she was helping us throughout our stay, she definitely made our stay memorable
