Worst hotel ever Door broken no rfid function Key also broken request for cancel and refund but due to policy protected the property I can't get any refund from the property As I read Google review alot of complain about cleanliness and facility Think twice before you make decision

I recently stayed at Sovotel Hotel in Puchong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a simple, no-frills stay, which is perfect for budget-conscious travelers. The hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs if you’re staying on higher floors. This could be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy bags or mobility issues.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The hotel room is alright and comfortable. 2 double size bed and clean. Location is also good and not too crowded.

The door locked was not working with the smart card. I had to call the reception and she send her Indian stuff with the key. It open with the key and the card was used for power supply activation instead. The shower floor was slippery and slimy. The towels grouting were dirty. The beddings were yellowish and not exactly hygienic looking. I was given,moldy spotty towel which I requested for exchange. They sent me a new towel, but forgot to take back the moldy towel.. no water replenishment and housekeeping, the second day onwards. no wonder this hotel still had rooms to offer when others were fully booked in the area for the Diwali long weekend. 

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sovotel Boutique Hotel Puchong. and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel's elegant design, impeccable service and cosy atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable stay. Highly recommend...

Location is nice , price reasonable , will come again

Very comfortable, very clean, just don't know how to turn on the TV. The service was very good! Polite and caring. I will choose this place next time.

The hotel service very bad, the room no have sound proff, can't sleep well in this hotel. Never stay this hotel again. Could find better hotel.

Room abit small, location good, nearby ioi shopping mall, and got 24 hours restaurant..but if want to stay here, better request lower floor, coz no life there.

The room was Super dusty ! The massage chair in our room wasn’t working only for display ! There was no toiletries no towel no extra pillow not worth the money at all !

Near to IOI mall. But no lift,if you got heavy luggage make sure to request ground floor
