Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war in Ordnung und es floss wie es sein sollte auch warmes Wasser. Zum Zentrum musste man ca. 1,5 km gehen was ich selber in Ordnung finde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Frühstück wurde leider nicht angeboten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und von draußen hörte man jeden Schritt und Tritt. Das Fenster lag zum Flur hin weswegen man kein Tageslicht hatte und die Luft war muffig. Es gab im Bad keinen Abzug. Eine Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

El hotel en si esta muy bien. Buen servicio y todo limpio. La calle donde se ubica no es muy bonita , es solitario , pero no está lejos del centro , lo cual es bueno . Vale la pena si reservas con anticipación para obtener un mejor precio.

Excelente estancia, buenas instalaciones, limpias y bonitas. Solo que a pesar de que la ubicación es cercana al centro, la calle sobre la que está el hotel se ve insegura.

Me and my friend stayed at this accommodation for a couple of nights, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staff consistently maintained good communication with us, ensuring that our needs were met and providing helpful information. Everything about the place was in order and exceptionally clean. The location worked perfectly for us, being conveniently close to the Historical city center of Puebla. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this accommodation to others.

I needed a hotel for a night when all my to-go places went up like crazy due to some useless concert event in Puebla so I left my 5Star place (yes I am cheap sometimes) just for this Saturday night and found this one on orbitz for like 20$. Ok, it’s situated in the beginnings of Analco ,one of Puebla’s founding neighborhoods from the 1500s but unfortunately they never cleaned it up ever after since then. The neighborhood looks worse than a Brazilian favela (yes I’ve been lots of times to Brazil) .This hotel used to be a capital o before now it’s been renovated and inside pretty much acceptable. Got an economy room (really nothing to brag about) and was happy to have avoided the 300$ room in my other hotel. Well, outside it’s an old street from the 1600s and earlier, half of the street is in ruins, not joking, looks like a war zone. Berlin looked better in 1945. There are 2 buildings standing,one is the hotel. It’s dirty and more than neglected outside, the hotel itself is like an old estancia inside with all the rooms having windows which face to the inner court. To be honest you don’t want to see the dump outside anyway. The reception guys efficient and fast, the girl very helpful, she got me a fan (yes,no air conditioning inside,no problem in October but during summer certainly an issue ) and ask for the faster wifi connection as my room (106) didn’t get the normal signal quite well. You get 2 bottles of water and some soap . As I said ,for 20$ it’s a deal, if it’s higher try another place. I would come back, but not for more than a day. The only issues was there were hardly any power outlets for anything. Glad I always bring my power multiple jack extension cord with me.Without this you’d be in trouble. The room was small ,maybe 15m2 but very clean. It was actually quiet although I read the reviews of noisy drunken guests before .So I was happy I never got those. Well, as I mentioned acceptable for the price I paid. Enjoy Puebla.

Don’t expect a good night’s sleep here! The slightest sound in the week echoes around the entire building. It becomes even worse on the weekend when drunk weekenders arrive back from the bars and nightclubs and shout, laugh, continuously talk and drink, without any intervention to prevent further disruption during the night - one particular night, a loud party was being held on our corridor, lasting from 02:30 until 05:30. This was not an isolated incident. During the night and day, the hotel remains very cold with a constant draft able to blow underneath ill-fitting doors that neither block out sound or cold nights. Few facilities available here, so you have to cross a very dangerous, polluted and busy road to get to town for anything. The local streets are filthy with rotting organic matter which is just left to rot outside the hotel in the street. Such a shame, as the staff are trying their best in a desperate situation. If you value your health, it’s best to avoid this disaster. I was ill for a whole week! You have been warned!

El hotel es bonito en general, las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, la regadera no funcionaba salía muy poca agua y fría , frente al hotel hay una vecindad donde afuera hay indigentes tomando y en la noche al llegar estaban sentados afuera del hotel, se torna una zona muy insegura. Ademas de que está demasiado alejado del centro.
