Convenient location to stores, restaurants and activities; such as Pueblo Reservoir, State Fair grounds and the historic Arkansas Riverwalk. Please note the unit has an exterior Ring doorbell camera in use during your stay! Home is part of a duplex but no shared access or contact. Please ask if you have questions! The space The space is a calm and relaxed one Where a guest can recharge and feel at peace while planning a busy day. Guest access The entire home is available as a part of this rental. Not enough coffee to make 1 pot for 4 adults. Yard was very unkept although the house was clean. Great size and good instructions.

We arrived late so we did not spend as much time here as we had anticipated. The kitchen is large, the living room has comfortable furniture to watch TV, the bathroom has a washer and dryer, and there are two bedrooms. This is very adequate for a family. The property has most of the basics you will need. We did not use the kitchen, so I cannot vouch for the kitchen supplies. You are not in walking distance to anything.

basic needs Cute duplex unit. Sectional was nice for when the kids came to visit us at night. Nice to have the washer & dryer available to us. Just needed to have some additional linens & a few more staples in the kitchen. Overall, it met our needs.

Great short stay with my family We had a great stay, the place was very accommodating and clean. My In Laws stayed with my wife and I. We were all comfortable. Everything was reasonably labeled and the check in process was very easy. The location was nice and quiet. Thanks for hosting us.

On town to visit family Clean, quiet and spacious. Conveniently located near parks, stores, and restaurants. Simple home environment describes this property perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
