The owner picked me up promptly at the airport and it was a very short drive. Room was comfy but small. If you use a credit card there is a sur charge. Easy walk to playa Mann, the interpretation center, stores, restaurants and the docks where the boat leaves. Would be happy to answer any questions.

Caring, friendly, helpful owners with lovely family. Comfortable rooms with A/C. Tasty varied breakfast. Insightful advice on local services. Great location a short walks from the Malecón with its restaurants and sea lions! Laundry service for $1 per kg just down the street, several shops just around the corner. Mix of fellow guests, eg a family with kids and a South American photographer travelling the world.

The property & location was excellent. Nelly/owner is the absolute best! Incredible attention to details to help you have a perfect stay. She also assisted in setting up tours at discounted pricing. She treats you like family.

Excellent place to stay in San Cristobal. The owners Nelly and Nestor are very kind and helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable, averything from the A/C to the towels is of the highest quality. The patio is shaded and beautifully decorated. Everything was designed with taste by Nelly herself The breakfast is fresh and varied. A beautiful beach is just 5 min walk from the property, as are the restaurants at the street by the sea. You can order day trips with Nelly's help, and also hire from her snorkeling gear when you go to the beach. We highly recommend this place.

Nelly was wonderful, making sure we were comfortable and looked after. She went out of her way to help and make us feel welcome, walking the students in to town to find a post office and cutting aloe from her plant to treat our sunburn. We were treated like beloved family. I would definitely stay again

I stayed at Cann's House for four nights in December (after three nights on Santa Cruz) and can confirm all positive reviews. This is a very cute guesthouse (in December, all the Christmas decorations set up by Nelly were so amazing) in a very good location on a beautiful island. I had the smallest room (the Deluxe single room), which was still large enough for me, my suitcase, the bed and even a table with chair. Small bathroom but very well equipped and with very fluffy towels. The room and the whole house were extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast was simply wonderful and the best I had in a long time. Fresh fruits with joghurt and granola, bread and egg dishes, fresh juice, great coffee - and one morning I even got an empanada con queso (I love these). Nelly was a great host, very caring, she showed me around the house and it is obvious how enthusiastic she is about welcoming guests. One night, when I had a bad sunburn on a little part of my body (remember to put sunblocker everywhere on your skin!), she even cut of a little branch from one of her aloe plants and gave it to me to soothe my skin. How lovely! The other two ladies who work there and whom I had the pleasure to meet (Lucia and a lady whose name I forgot, very sorry about that!) were so wonderful, too. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely go back next time I am on San Cristobal!
