JS Cape Colom - Adults Only

Stayed from 30th April - 4th May 2025 Wonderful 4-Night All-Inclusive Stay – Will Be Back! We’ve just returned from a fantastic 4-night all-inclusive stay and couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming – the service throughout was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food and drink are very good value. While the food can be a little repetitive, everything we had was really tasty and well-prepared. There was always something to enjoy. The rooms are a bit dated in style, but they’re spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping does a great job. The wellness centre on the fifth floor looks like a new addition to the hotel. It’s very modern and looks great with really good facilities including an indoor gym with stunning views whilst you work out, a sauna and steam room plus an outdoor jacuzzi again to enjoy the lovely views. We also used the massage service (approx £90 for 90 mins) which was really good and so relaxing, would highly recommend. The hotel is in a quiet area, so more suited to a relaxing holiday. There are a few nice beach bars about a 10-minute walk to the left of the hotel, the beach is lovely. And to the right of the hotel there is a harbour, which is about 30 minutes on foot with more little cafes and bars. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a Bargin holiday– we’re already looking at dates to book again!

Excellent food, choices to suit all, whether select from the constant hot/cold buffet or get their chef to freshly cook. The team were 100%, hard workers, friendly & nothing too much trouble..to name a few - Marcos, Lara, Wan, Dolores & Annette..thankyou! A manager who got stuck in when needed, to a team of cleaners who quietly did an amazing job. Location was perfect, peaceful & views to die for. We are saving to return asap!

Fabulous hotel, nice quiet location and adults only! We are friends from different parts of the UK travelling separately and booked solo rooms. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome! Stunning location with plenty of sun-beds and 2 pools! Food was good for an all inclusive, although some food labelling could have been better! The omelette station at breakfast was my absolute favourite! We had entertainment on 3 evenings and it was very good. Thank you to Anett, Miguel, Marcos & Delores for making our trip so memorable. Overall we loved it so much, we booked online again whilst on site to return in May 2025! If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location, book it - we can’t wait to return!

Hotel was great, very clean and well maintained. The views were fantastic, weather was beautiful and overall a great trip. Porto Colom is a pretty fishing village within walking distance from the hotel. Buses are accessible to visit other resorts if you want to get around and see more of island. The staff were amazing, kind friendly and knowledgeable polite and an asset to the hotel. The food was excellent with a good range of dishes. The only negative I can say about that part was the labelling of food could have been clearer stating what was vegetarian or vegan and listing the ingredients as unclear sometimes as to whether there was meat in the dishes or not ! If you’re reading this and thinking of going BOOK IT !

Js Cape Colom is in a beautiful quiet setting. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday I would highly recommend. We arrived at the end of May and loved the place. We had room 506 and the views were stunning. This side of the hotel had the sun mid afternoon onwards. We were in much need of the sun canopy late afternoon and meant we could stay on the balcony catching the late afternoon/evening sun. There are plenty of sun beds spread out over different areas and always some available. We enjoyed the variety of freshly prepared and cooked food. We would definitely come back again. Excellent location, professional & friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good food & entertainment. I cannot fault the help & service at this hotel they do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Lovely hotel for a good relaxing holiday, close by there is a sprinkling of bars, shops & restaurants. We will return.
