The apartment is not as shown on website. Our room in serious need of an upgrade. Beds very uncomfortable. No hairdryer in apartment. You pay for one at reception. Very noisy. Not enough sunbeds at pool. On a positive note it's a great location.

After reading many reviews every time we travel we always come to the same conclusion. If you compare prices for your stay in the different accommodation for the same location then you are comparing like for like and always do not expect something for nothing and you will not be disappointed? When we decided to come here for a month this was the cheapest package option offered. We read the reviews and were happy to give it a go. In most part we got what we paid for . We’ll sort of really. The standard was as people described so therefore as expected. We had a room overlooking the square but above the Tattooist shop - hairdressers and cafe with a ‘ French Balcony ‘ Unfortunately for us that meant it was too noisy ( they begin setting up at 6am and play loud music all day from early ) plus worse still many locals smoke under our apartment and it choked me sitting inside . Obviously we had the doors open but it’s too hot to have them closed. Add to that the locals seem to party late after midnight and are so noisy it’s as though they come to the apartments and shout loudly on purpose. As we came for 28 nights and wanted a quiet rest after health issues we did ask to be moved or for the management team to complain to their neighbours but nothing happened and we were told we couldn’t be moved. We absolutely could have been moved as the turnover here is incredible but they ignored us. The alternative is to go upstairs to the roof terrace ( which is lovely ) but there just isn’t enough sun beds - umbrellas and not one single chair? You can see there were a lot more sun beds by the amount of cushions bit as they get broken they haven’t been replaced. The whole place is tired yes but extremely clean and friendly. The pool attendants are both extremely helpful and friendly as are all the staff. You can borrow an iron and kettle if you ask nicely. Essential for us as we travel light and love tea! The location is great but can be noisy of course. We do feel if we had been moved to the other side it would have been less noisy. There is a TV which had uk channels but they disappeared after a week and the guy told us twice it wasn’t down to them. We did keep BBC News 24 though. A lot of guests are from Germany and stay long term ( most single elderly ) There are food options onsite but €11 for breakfast and €17 and you can eat out locally if you want and that ranges from much cheaper to as much as you want to pay . This is a lovely area of outstanding natural beauty and my tip is if you can afford to pay more and it’s important to you then pay more but we paid around €45 a night for a long stay and that’s ok with us for what we got in comparison to the others rates .. We managed around 22.000 steps here without walking back on ourselves. All mostly hilly but it’s worth it if you like walking. One downside is the time to get from TFS airport. We couldn’t fly into the north from London and the advertised transfer of 90 minutes ( an extra £22 each ) actual
