Hotel Maga

Buenas tardes, queria dejar constancia del mal servicio debido a que el ascensor ademas de no estar a planta de recepción, ya que te obligan a subir al primer piso para asi hacer uso de ello (subiendo las maletas a manos un piso), ademas dicho ascensor lo apagaban porque funcionar, funciona pero tenía un fallo el cual hacia que la botonera para recepcionar dicho ascensor se quedaba sonando y motivó por el cual bajaban las palancas de electricidad, no siendo esa la solución. Se les pregunta porque no se llama a los técnicos y todo el mundo nos dice que llaman pero no vienen. Esto no se trata de una casa particular, sino de un hospedaje donde tienen que dar los servicios contratado y asi no se ha hecho. Despues el hotel lo que es las habitaciones bien pero con alguna carencia que se puede entender debido a que nos informan que estan acabados de reforma. Ejemplo sin basura en la habitación, para ducharse sin ningun lugar para poner los geles de baño, sin secador, etc.

Hotel ristrutturato di recente abbastanza confortevole personale molto gentile e disponibile  Ottima posizione centrale,camera pulita ma un po’ troppo essenziale per soggiorni medio lunghi Unico lato negativo (ma non per colpa dell’hotel) È stata la questione prenotazione dal sito di Trip.com Che non aveva comunicato all’hotel la prenotazione ma per mia fortuna il responsabile alla reception è riuscito a risolvere tutto

All I can stay is wow this hotel is absolutely stunning. Staff especially the manager and other receptionists were so kind helpful and really went out there way to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself was immaculate so clean and fresh. I would recommend this hotel and I will be returning and letting all my family and friends know to use the hotel. Thank you so much for the gifts on my birthday you truly made our stay a memorable place. Thanks Team Maga 💜💜

Don't book this the hotel it is not open even when checking with loveholidays they confirmed it was.Arrived on Christmas eve at 10pm to find it boarded up yet loveholidays are still advertising this hotel.I complained to loveholidays but they said as we were moved to another hotel they did all they could.

Booked at this place for 2 nights with my daughter, grandson,his wife, my 2yr great grandson as we was taking him to siam park,Dropped luggage of and went for lunch.when we went backth the hotel we decided not to stay. Everwear was very dirty .would not want any one to take a bath it needed taking out,doors did not shut pieces of wood broken off things, windows bottom openers with a piece of wood holding them up ,which is very dangerous. Carpets very dirty and stained, We are told that it isn't even a one star .Do NOT STAY HERE. No sheets on beds fussy very prickly blankets Also the photos shown on their site do not belong to this place

booked in here for 3 nights after noisy nights up on the hill. The staff were helpful and hard working. we had to book with booking .com to get the room but that was no problem. The bathroom was a littel cramped to say the least but in a good position the bar and restaurant were excellent
