Good location with comfortable rooms, but no air conditioning in the studio so rather warm at bed time. Superb restaurant right next door is well worth a visit, as is the little local bar just around the corner. The welcome from the fabulous reception team was outstanding and played a very big part in making our stay so enjoyable.

I wanted to stay in central PDLC, and Bambi Appartments are smack in the centre of everything. You are not far from anything. Huge Hiperdino supermarket just around the corner. Check in was friendly and swift, and my studio was on the 4th floor on the sunny side (Teide View). As 4th is the top floor, and the weather quite good, the studio was like an owen, there was a fan available. A parasol on the balcony would be a huge relief, when aircon is not installed. The Studio itself was exactly as on the pictures, new and fresh, bed was comfy and the kitchenette had what one would need to cook. There is a tv with spanish channels, there was skynews for a few days before it disapeared. My studio had wifi which worked fine most of the time. Bathroom has a shower, unfortunately the water runs out on the floor which will not make it last for long. Shampoo is provided. The premises are kept clean, and rooms are cleaned everyday. For my 2 weeks duration my linnen was changed only one time (after 3 days), with the scorching heat it started to smell bad. I found staff to be friendly and helpful. Would stay again, requesting a room on the not so sunny side .

Cracking location, just a five minute slow stroll down to the beach, supermarket a one minute walk away and a few bars and restaurants close also. I stayed in room 117 which didn’t have any view. Unfortunately there isn’t any Wi-Fi in the rooms, maybe I missed that bit in the information. For a budget option it really is very good. Would recommend.

Llegar a un sitio de vacaciones y tener la recepción que tuvimos por parte de Esperanza fue algo que nos impacto, ese trato tan cercano que el día de salida acabamos en un abrazo, no suele ser en todos los demás sitios donde hemos estado, aunque el resto de personal es super amable tanto recepción, limpieza y como no el servicio de desayunos que siempre estaba atento a que no faltase nada, es por ello que si volviese de nuevo no me lo pensaria ni un segundo y lo recomiendo 100%. La limpieza de 10 impecable cada día. Desayuno dulce y salado así como fruta fresca que es de agradecer, yogurts, embutido variado, zumos, cafés y tés, tortilla, huevos revueltos, huevos fritos, beicon etc. Todo muy bueno y cada día con algún cambio. La habitación correcta, el colchón bien así como las almohadas. Habría algún cambio que hacer como puertas y alguna estantería en el baño así como un cierre en ducha porque es una pena que aun teniendo el máximo cuidado el agua salga y estropee el parquet y demás y alguna cosa más pero creo que como todo poco a poco. Indicarle a la dirección del hotel que cuiden al personal que es lo mejor de todo, que creo que ya lo hacen, porque se ve la sonrisa con la cual se dirigen al viajero. De nuevo decirle a Esperanza: sigue con esa sonrisa y ese saber estar de cara al público, nos has alegrado las vacaciones solucionando cualquier imprevisto que surgiera. Apartamento que estaba muy bien y céntrico .El colchón un poco duro pero no fue un problema para nosotros,mejor eso que hundido. Tranquilo ,limpio y trato amable de la recepción. Vale la pena coger parking aunque lo pagues aparte. Tienen ventilador, porque creo que en verano puede ser caluroso y no tiene aire acondicionado pero en esta época del año que fuimos no tuvimos problema.

Hôtel déplorable. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que j'ai payé. 2 nuits après, changement pour un mini appartement. Nous avons dû faire nous mêmes notre lit. Demander 3 fois des serviettes de toilette et pas d'eau chaude pour prendre une douche.
