Blue Sea Hotel Los Fiscos

Food average. All inclusive beer average. But was good value for money as we got a great deal. Did not spend much time in hotel as we only went for five nights and spent most of our time on the strip. Staff were approachable and friendly. Only one bar round pool for a lot of rooms. Bar closes at 11pm.

Basic room but all facilities that you need very clean. Great pool and bar area. Breakfast was ok lunch and evening meals not great we found some lovely restaurants good value to eat out in the evenings 10 minutes walking distance from hotel there is a hill but only 3 euros in a taxi if you don’t want to walk back up. Staff at the hotel all very helpful and friendly. This is my 4th time at the hotel would recommend it if your looking for a cheap get away. Only 20 euros in a taxi from the airport.

I came to lanzorate for the first time and really enjoyed it.... beautiful place Blue sea fiscas rooms are a bit dated but really clean and spacious.. The drinks were also very good had a great list of various drinks and cocktails... Staff were polite and helpful Definitely looking into coming February 2025 with my husband..

Tbh when we booked we expected a pretty crap place from reading all the reviews but we was pleasantly surprised from the minute we landed. People said you'll wait ages for a taxi and pay extreme prices this was the opposite we waited about 10 minutes and it cost £14.96 from the airport to hotel which to us seemed decent. Check in was at 1pm and we arrived at 11:30 not a problem we left our luggage had use of the all inclusive facilities and rented electric scooters from the hotel to go and have a look around the area whilst we waited for our room. We rented the scooters for an hour but come back 1hour and 15 minutes after they didnt have a problem with that and when we arrived the room was ready for us to go in. The rooms are slightly outdated and could do with refurbing in the bedrooms and lounge area , the bathroom looked modern and had all necessary facility's , the toilet was leaking (clean water) when we flushed it so i went to reception and they sent someone down to repair it straight away , apart from this we had no issues with the facility's in the room and used the kitchen as well as the all inclusive ones. Only other issue with the rooms would be not having air con .. we went on the 25th September and the weather before we left was saying 26degrees when we arrived it was 31degrees so a-bit warmer then we imagined and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep in but we knew this before we left just didn't realise it would be that warm. The only other downfall of the hotel was the the snack/ food , depending on what you like you may enjoy the all inclusive buffet but fussy eaters may not they could have a little bit more range or mabey update the items they offer they are all quite simular and we didnt really enjoy the food , the snack bar only offers sandwiches or crisps but they are not included , the soft drinks beer , wine and spirts were ok once you drunk enough… we are young and it was our first holiday away together cant understand why everyone has complained how they have about the cups and the food and drink and the location , if you do abit of reaserch before you book and acctually try and enjoy yourself its really not that bad and we would definatly go back ! Wouldnt recomend if you dont like hills unless you wanna get taxis into town or to the strip we didnt care some days we walked some we rode the electric scooters but in that heat we didnt even want to be in a taxi , loved the location was tucked away quite place but we enjoyed it and really isnt that far from all the local attractions. We also read that the hotel was next to a building site , we wernt really sure what to expect with that as it was mixed reviews some saying it ruined there holiday but we didnt listed and tbh were glad that we didnt as it didnt effect us one single bit , our room was acctually one of the rooms facing the building site which not acctuallt next to the hotel (photo attached) and unless you stand there watching them you cant acctually hear

Disappointing from the start. No food available on arrival, bar open if u had change to get your 1 euro plastic cup, room awful, no kettle, no air con, we had to rent a fan and a kettle from reception and the fan was filthy! Wehad to buy water at reception!! Fridge not working, breakfast OK, other meals were not, snack bar if you liked a ham and cheese sandwich. Only thing you could get on the AI. Or you could buy crisps or chocolate!! Pool very deep, child's part tiny. Not enough sunbeds, lots were broken, no parasols at all, only shade was underneath by the bar at a table. Not enough tables and chairs for the evenings entertainment which only happened twice! No animation team dispite it being advertised! Lost water whilst in the shower, reported it to reception to which he replied to me with a profanity, it will come back in 10 minutes, after an hour we had to shower in the main part of the hotel as water not back on. Apparently it's a regular occurrence that you just have to deal with. No free WiFi in the room we were given which was across the road from the hotel. Stickers on doors and furniture, rusty kitchen tap, woodworm in furniture, stained towels, tape around the mirror in the bathroom. I didn't expect an amazing room but I expected better than we got. It's not 3 star would be lucky if it was 2 star.!!

The place is disgusting dirty poor quality food when we arrived we was told we wasn't booked in so was offered a upgrade to a studio apartment what was like bk to the 1970s so outdated and dirty we are out for all meals I've never stopped in a hotel so poor
