Very lovely place to stay,and pool bar is great.The food is fabulous highly recommend it,the menu is very good great selection lovey food to eat and not waiting too long for it to be ready the service is excellent and good music playing there all day.Denise and Rose are very friendly and professional to talk to great ladies 👏👍

Not really what I expected but it is what it is. First of it seems a bit dated check in straight forward but actual instructions to the room unclear. Asked twice. If you have any walking problems you may struggle a bit. The room again was dated and tired and a bit grubby. Beds very comfortable bedding clean towels were worn thin and mine had holes in it. Kitchen well equipped and the best fridge ever on holiday we've ever had it worked a t keeping stuff cold and frozen 👏👏👏👏👏. TV you have to hire the remote I only want to see the news on a morning. No sound and 3 day to sort it out, not good enough. Weather was good soo out onto the balcony. Sadly pool music and the smell of fried food spoilt our suntrap balcony. Sun beds are to be snapped up like gold dust a the crack of dawn. At least 2hrs before you are allowed in the pool laughable really but no fighting for them. So it's average really and won't be returning I'm afraid 4/10.

Just returned from our stay at Plaza Azul and it was average. On arrival it looks quite ok but looking closer it's a tired place. 5A was our room top apartment directly opposite the pool bar. On arrival the room again just looked very tired and dated. Curtains opened, doors opened onto the balcony and boom pool bar music and fried food. Just what you don't want. I know everyone is different but I don't want listen to pool music from morning to night everyday. Back in the room to unpack again it's seen better days, wardrobes grubby but plenty of space. The bathroom again was of a past era grubby and tired one bath towel moth eaten and I could virtually see through it. Kitchen 10/10 perfectly functional and the best fridge we've ever had on holiday😁. I had to hire the remote for the TV only for the news on a morning 10€. It didn't work no sound at all. After hours of trying just give up reported it. First the cleaner tried to no avail left still no sound. Following day someone else had a mess around and the sound was on that's after 4 days though. Money returned no TV. So all in all it's for me average, tired it needs some help 4/10.

Room was dirty and when the cleaners came round they didn't clean properly/thoroughly. The sheets werent changed for the duration of our stay as there was still a stain that was there when we arrived. Towels smelt and weren't replaced for 5 days and when we asked cleaner for new ones we were told no. Fridge was rusty and the cutlery was the same and unsanitary. No sweeping brush to clean up and the only cleaning utensil was a dirty bottle brush we had to buy a sponge. The balcony chairs were rusted and unsafe and the hob didn't work properly. Not a safe place to come if you have kids. Only saving grace for this place is the location.
