Ereza Apartamentos Los Hibiscos - Adults Only

Hotel was great. Apartment was very big nice and clean. Staff were amazing. Will be back

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

This was the second time we visited Los Hisbiscos, this time we were in block c with a sea view The room was well equipped with a fantastic view across to the sea The daily housekeeping was good even had a bed sheet change after 2 days 99% of the staff were lovely especially the cleaners and the lady with glasses behind the bar. However one of the restaurant staff was extremely rude to my wife accusing her of already eating in the restaurant at lunchtime infront of other guests when we had only just been scanned in for the first time that day ,the way she handled it was appalling, all she had to do was check with her colleague or just ask whether she had been scanned in- also she didn't ask the other couple who came in at the same time as us I did raise this at reception when it happened This was a terrible end to our break away and unfortunately we will not return due to the actions of this one person

For a 3* hotel I can’t fault Ezera Los Hibiscos. Spotlessly clean, great staff and rooms are very. The food is what you have paid for. . It’s OK. The breakfasts are the best with plenty of choice. Scrambled eggs a bit hit and miss, sometimes too sloppy. Staff are great and the drinks are fine for a cheap All inclusive Would recommend on a budget All inc. if you were not satisfied with the food, stay elsewhere and pay the extra You can’t pay for a burger and expect fillet steak

Clean and large apartments. Breakfast good. Lunch hit n miss same with evening meal. 1 bar. By pool. Service not the quickest. Cocktails awful. Bar snacks not good. Pool clean but due to time of year too cold. Staff all very nice. Great location for beaches. Shops bars and restaurants. Try Irish viking pub next door. Take tea n coffee got everything there for self catering if u want to do your own. We didn't use their WiFi so can't comment. Look out for the green parrots they will come onto your balcony to grab a nut or 2 off you - hilight of the holiday. The grounds are very well kept. Beds Comfy. Overall great value for money.

I returned from a short break here a few days ago and this is my honest review. The apartments are large and clean but basic and the hotel itself is spotless. The staff are very hard-working and friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are very good but the food is only mediocre at best. I really struggled to find something to eat and I am not a foodie! The hotel is in a good position but is really not suitable for the less mobile as it is up a hill and there are a lot of steps in the outside space. There is no air conditioning so I think it would be pretty unbearable in the heat of the summer. Also, the room doors need some attention as they shut very loudly. One big drawback is there are no facilities to change/shower if you have a late flight home. There is a luggage room but it is not kept locked. I went to get something from my case and reception was deserted so anyone could have gained access and taken cases away. Travel insurance states that luggage rooms should be kept locked or your belongings are not covered, so this is a real drawback. All in all, although I enjoyed my break as a first time solo traveller, I would not return to this hotel.
