The Parque Tropical is a stylish and well-located apartment complex, set in the heart of Puerto del Carmen on the island of Lanzarote, and is ideal for a fun-filled vacation in the Canarian sunshine.
Spend the day soaking up the sunshine on a lounge chair by the on-site swimming pool. Go for a swim to keep cool, or do a little light exercise.
Surrounded by subtropical grounds, with a great variety of plants and a cascade, this is a very attractive complex, and the perfect place to spend a relaxing day.
Ideally located close to the beach, you can stroll down to La Avenida de las Playas, just 270 yards from the Parque Tropical apartments, or venture further afield to the Biosfera shopping center.
Each of the apartments at the Parque Tropical comes with a living room where you can relax, and a kitchen to prepare your own meals with the whole family.

The apartments are amazing we have been here for 2 days staff are lovely . The pool is awful towels everywhere no one on them for most of the day. Even though that say no reserving sun-beds is rubbish all full by 8.30 so we went to the beach instead. Don’t give you a piece of paper saving no reservation if you don’t act on it. That is the only negative the place is beautiful we are booking to comeback already.

Great apartment and complex.. 5 mins walk from the new town. All cooking equipment in the kitchen , also available is an iron and iron board .. if you like the evening sun and like to sit outside.. opt out apartment B18 currently sitting out in the in the balcony (ground floor) no sun.. apartment to the left of me gets the sun.. All in all . I think it's a great place and I would come back again. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Brilliant apartments well looked after and very clean We had a bit of and issue with some building work go off around the complex But this was kept to a minimum and the hotel manager Martin apologised and paid for A complementary meal at the restaurant we we really appreciated It was our wedding anniversary holiday can't wait to come back in September

Arrived here on 11th Sept with my family. We had 3 ground floor apartments near pool. Apartments were very clean and comfortable with a private garden at the back where we could sit and eat or hang out clothes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The guys who run Nico's snack bar were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble! Food was excellent. Complex very quiet at night time. We had no issues getting sun loungers and had one of the 3 pools almost completely to ourselves most days. Rooms could really do with having air con but we managed ok with the ceiling fans. Hated going home but we will be back!!

We have had the best 2 weeks here, the rooms are lovely & modern, and clean, they have iron & ironing board, proper hairdryer. The shower was amazing, Round the pool was like a felt flooring so children wont slip, and the sunbeds had mattresses on top, which nade them comfy.We would definitely stay here again .

24a has massive balcony upstairs brief view of sea but not overlooked at all late afty sun … pool freezing heated blimey.. kids did go in but were very blue lipped… great bar good prices best barmen lamin so good cocktails great too… very friendly .. the most comfy sunbed.. super clean always sooo close to the strip and a fantastic supermarket opposite even open Xmas day.. had the most fab time defo next year…

The best place we have stayed in. Apartment was spotless. They remembered that I had a bad knee from the previous year so gave us a ground floor apartment. All staff from the reception maintenance cleaners lifeguard pool bar staff were just fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble always polite and smiling. Sunbeds cosy pool clean. Excellent place to stay. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Carol for everything.

Can’t fault this hotel. Immaculate. All the staff work so hard to maintain it. Cleaners came at least 4 times over 7 days. Located near a supermarket, 2 mins away. All facilities in apartment including fresh orange juice squeezer, iron, coffee machine, tv, fridge etc. 3 minute walk to beach. Highly recommend and would return.

We booked late so got a basement apartment, we needn’t have worried, it was light and airy with a nice sized sun terrace at the back, totally private, tbh am not for flats facing the pool they are nearly always lacking in privacy. The cleaners came in every couple of days and changed towels and supplied toilet rolls, and changed the beds once, which is imho pretty good service when we only stayed a week. The location is fantastic, we used the side entrance, and were just a couple of mins from the main strip. Nicos bar might serve cheap booze but soft drinks are expensive, we ordered two cokes and were charged 7 euros. But ate and drank along the main strip whilst there so didn’t really bother us.
