Just returned from a week’s stay with 8 family members. As others have said, I was really dreading our stay and worried about where we would be staying but those extremely negative reviews are completely exaggerated! The hotel is huge with sone really nice features. It is true that it is tired in places but it is still a nice place. Most staff were friendly. Rooms - The rooms are big, especially the family rooms. Again, the rooms are very dated and worn but cleaned daily. I could have taken photos of chipped doorframes like others have, but those photos give an unfair impression. People have mentioned only having 2 chairs on the balcony, we had a family room and had a large balcony with 4 chairs. Pool - Our balcony faced the pool and I saw staff cleaning the pools and washing down all the pool areas EVERY day. Despite being a large group we managed to get 8 sun beds every day. We usually went down at 8am, but also after about 3pm beds would free up. The bigger pool is heated but sone days did seem colder than others. Food - food was good all inclusive food - I’ve had better but certainly had worse! Breakfast always included cereal, meats, cheese, bread, bacon, sausages, boiled, scrambled & fried eggs. There were chips as some have mentioned but also fried potato slices with vegetables and really tasty Spanish omelette. Our teenagers loved the pancakes, churros and Nutella. Snacks including cakes, donuts & sandwiches available from mid morning until 1pm. Burger bar opens at 12 and does a huge range of burgers but it is very slow in there. The main restaurant opens at 1pm as well as the beach bar serving a small range of pasta, salad, chips & meat. Ice cream is only available in small tubs from 1pm to 3pm which I thought was a bit tight. Evening meal varied slightly each day and always included chicken, veal, rice, pasta, pizza, paella as well as usual salad, cold meats, chips etc. some days had burgers and different fish. Other restaurants need to be booked in advance- We used the Italian which was really nice. Not able to book into the Chinese as it’s only open Monday and Tuesday & was booked up. Didn’t use the BBQ but was told by another guest that it was very much like the main restaurant. Restaurant areas are nice, busy but staff work hard and food keeps being replenished. Drinks - beers is san Miguel, soft drinks are branded, spirits usual all inclusive local spirits. Slush is available in the day, cocktails are from a machine but were ok. In the day you can get 3 drinks from the beach bar and there is a self serve area for beer, wine and soft drinks. In the evening the only place for AI drinks is the show bar. You can only get 2 drinks so at times the queue was king but never waited more than 15 minutes. Again we managed to get 8 chairs in the evening in the lovely outside area. There were loads of seats in the actual show bar. Can’t comment on entertainment as we never really watched it. The area is very quiet and the beach isn’t the bes

Just spent 10 days at this hotel. We had hoped that our experience would improve. It didn't! We made the best out of what was a very expensive holiday for our family of 6. We were expecting a 4 star hotel experience as this is what is advertised on where we purchased this holiday. And stated at the hotel itself. THIS IS NOT 4 STAR! Best to avoid. On arrival all looked good, the reception area is clean and staff were pleasant. Didn't need to wait to long for our rooms. We purchased a superior room and double room. We asked for them to be joining rooms, but on check in this was not available. Instead we were separated both rooms situated either side of the hotel. Not a great start. For our family of 6. The superior room had a view of the pool and sea, which was great. The room was on the larger side and more updated than our double room on the other side of the hotel. The superior room, was tidy on arrival however bedsheets were stained. And sofa beds. Broken furniture and stained towels. No water provided or tea of coffee facilities. The balcony only had 2 chairs, not ideal when there are 4 in a room. Aircon is terrible. Cleaners only came in 4 times in 10 days. Had to regularly go to reception to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. No WiFi available in this room only outside in the corridor. The double room was very outdated and in need of repair desperately. Mould, dirty bath stained and dirty not been cleaned and flooring covered in grit. Tiles broken, damp and mould in ceilings. Bedding stained and towels. Ripped curtains messy balcony with a view of the bank on the main road. This room was cleaned every few days, however had to go to reception for clean towels and toilet roll as not topped up. Air-conditioning was terrible lots of dust in fans not great if you have allergies. Electrics with wires dangerously hanging out. The pool area. Pool is not big enough for the amount of guests this hotel supports. Lack of sunbeds and very dirty! Not cleaned down. Pool patio area never hosed down in 10 days! Dirty spilt drinks from days prior, dirty cups all over the floor. Cracked concrete all around the pool. Cigarette buts everywhere. The hotel rule is not to reserve sunbeds but this is not adhere to. If you don't put your towel on a bed before 7am you will not get a sunbed. If your lucky you might get one in the afternoon but this is a rareity! You can hire a four poster bed there are 2 but these are 10euros to hire and not close to the pool. 1 guy walks around now and then in a red SOS t-shirt, I believe he is the lifeguard? But also the towel hire person and security! You're told you cannot use any inflatables or balls in the pool. However if you purchase them from the shops at the hotel you can. But not balls Pool bar opens at 10am to 6pm. Conveniently the self service machines stop working at multiple times throughout the day so leaving you no chose but to que at the main pool bar with everyone else at the pool area. Snacks are limite

We actually stayed here In August 2022 but it wouldn’t let me go back that far. It’s a lovely hotel and really big but the pool and the food let it down. No floaties allowed in the pool, they are very very strict with leaving towels on sunbeds and if you’re not down by no later that 8.30/9am you won’t get a sunbed. The food is not brilliant they don’t really cater for the English the only meal that was ok was the snack bar round the pool but breakfast and evening meal not great unless you went to one of the 3 restaurants that you could use once each in your stay, it got to the point where we started eating out even though we had paid all inclusive. The rooms were ok but not enough storage for a family of 4 we lived out of suitcases for 10 days. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t go back.

I can't fault the beatriz yes it could do with a upgrade as in painting but it is clean with room cleaned every day and the food is great you will always find something the animation team ware great with the children Andrea Sandra mel and more very very friendly all the staff at the bars and restaurants reception ware very helpful

We stayed here as a family of four. We stayed in room 3406 room was spacious. The main bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all but done the job! The pool area was ok two big pools and the baby one which was heated. We never went down early to reserve beds but always found two together at the baby pool. The life guard wouldn't let us bring in our float as it was to big he told me to go to the hotel shop to buy one!! The men that takes photographs at the pool do a great job We got lovely photos of them which you can purchase that same evening opposite the arcade in the hotel. The entertainment in the evening my kids didn't enjoy so we didn't stay they found it to noisy. The bar que was always long. The breakfast was ok we had pancakes and toast and fruit most morning's as we are picky eaters. Evening meal was just ok food very repetitive and by the end of our trip we were fed up with it. We got pork chops chicken that wasn't fully cooked! Kids mostly had a slice of pizza and staight to the ice cream. The lifts will literally close on you. We did encounter one problem on the first proper day I put my child into the bath and shortly after that the tiles did come off in the bathroom. After sorting the child out went to reception to tell them what happened they sent a maintance man up to our room. He wanted us to move rooms i had just unpacked so was reculent to pack all up and move and our room was nice. Receptionist didn't apologise at the start so we spoke to a manager and she did sort us out and we where fit to stay in the same room and the tiles were gonna be replaced. This happend all on our first day so wasn't a great start to the holiday! But overall we would come back as we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, a little dated, but the rooms were big. It was spotlessly clean, and the aircon worked. Close to the airport but didn't notice the plane noise, the advantage was a short transfer time. The food was typical all-inclusive, but there was plenty of choice. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and we never struggled to find one. If you like a spa, ask for a weekly membership much better value. There are bars and restaurants a few minutes walk if you want a change

What a week ignore all the terrible reviews. This place is perfect, The rooms are basic yes but clean tidy comfy and the air con is brill, Clean towels everyday, Beds made and floors mopped, We went full bored. The food is great, something different everyday if you only eat basic food you won’t starve but if you want to be a bit daring there is plenty of fresh fish and different things.. the pools are spotless and there lots of sunbeds plenty to go around, The evenings entertainment sounded brilliant, We didn’t go as we spent the evenings away from the hotel. ALL the staff were so polite and so so helpful. Took seconds to order a taxi they are also fab, There is a car hire desk in the hotel we booked a car for 2 days for €68 in total!! I would 100% go back. I’m fussy and a clean freak but not once did I have a flap about anything!! Book the hotel and not it.
