The whole experience from check in to check out was fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the pool and sea view was amazing. Olga on reception was really pleasant and helpful. There were no issues getting sunbeds either at the pool or at the solarium. The drinks were lovely (we didn't eat here) so I can't comment on that, however, we.were.told that breakfast was available for 15 Euro, which was a bit dear so we didn't book it. The bar was peaceful.and nice for a drink outside after the day at the pool but it closes at 8pm. The snack bar service finishes at 6pm. The location is excellent but you need to be fit to climb the massive hill from the Puerto Del Carmen promenade up to the complex. If you're able for that, it's a great location to stay. All in all a great break for a few days in the sun.

Fantastic hotel. Clean, great room, superb pool and lounging areas. Would 100% visit again. Towels / bedding changed every other day, staff are polite & helpful and on the occasion we had an issue (safe not opening) a maintenance guy was at the room to resolve in minutes. I'd certainly be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Perfect hotel in the perfect location! We had a one bedroom apartment and the room was very spacious, the bed was really comfy too! I never go self catering so wasn’t sure what to expect but I can’t fault it. The pool area is really nice and the sunloungers are padded which is a nice touch and very comfy. The sea views from the pool are a bonus too. We had a couple of snacks and drinks round the pool and they’re very well priced and good quality too! The hotel is up a steep hill but thankfully they have a side gate half way up and it’s a god send so you don’t have to walk to the top of the hill to reception Perfect location with bars, restaurants and supermarkets right on the doorstep. If you like a curry I would 100% recommend Mumbai Masala which is just to the left of the hotel at the bottom of the hill, food was beautiful there! Would definitely recommend and return!

Very relaxing and laid back experience - good food, friendly staff, good location- close to all amenities and entertainment areas - short walk to the beach - lovely views of the sea from above - highly recommended for a family or couples break

First time staying at this hotel and is was all good, we stayed self catering, you could pay for breakfast which is pricey at €15 per person. You have everything in your room like microwave, kettle, toaster and hob, and there is a large supermarket 5 mins away in the main soco shopping centre. A couple of little niggles but not that much of an issue, we reported a broken sink plug in the bathroom on the day we arrived but nobody bothered to come and fix it during our stay but didn’t cause much issues, plus bathroom door and bedroom door kept catching when opening and closing but once again not much of an issue. We book a sea view room and was great overlooking the pool directly with the sea view also. Balconies are quite close and we were overlooked but again not an issue. Would definitely return in fact we have just booked again with jet2 to return in March 2025 so looking forward to that. You are just at the top of cardiac hill but wasn’t a problem for us but people not so good on there legs might struggle. Literally a couple of minutes down the hill and you are right on the strip with plenty of bars and restaurants and it’s about 10 mins walk to old town.

Excellent, is the word to describe the resort life guard on duty all day the beds were really comfortable both in the room and by the pool. we used the couch which was also really provided an excellent sleep, I had a fantastic room by the pool worked out really well for the kids the only down side was reserved sun beds but only a minor thing apart from that the resort was perfect really close to the strip and the beach from some apartments it's as easy to access the beach as the pool as for cardiac Hill I didn't find it an issue at all as we could use the stairs via the bars on the strip, was very lucky to be able to get a late check out staff could not of been more accommodating during our stay highly recommend this resort
