酒店房間衞生很乾凈，他們不提供厚的蓋被，衹有一個很薄的單子，晚上會被凍醒，房間用的太陽能板供電，大功率空調晚上經常會斷開使用。酒店樓下就有兩個泳池，不是很深，可以練習潛水。酒店的早餐還行，就是價格略貴，高於島上其他4星級的酒店，服務員會保持微笑，如果你想在酒店用餐，請注意非常飢餓的話非常不建議，因為他們的廚師出餐非常慢，至少要等待40分鐘以上，而且除了早餐，其他菜不是很好吃，相比較Sabang海灘那邊的餐廳。服務員意識很欠缺，不會給你倒水，甚至是你問他們要一杯水在用餐結束後都沒有安排，也不會給你準備紙巾。酒店內可以找他們出海潛水，不過他們的船把你送到潛水點後不會原地等你，這樣非常不友好，如果隨行同伴不想潛水他衹能先在海上漂着，這一點非常不安全，潛水教練比較專業，也非常有耐心這一點是非常不錯的。最後一點我不得不吐槽下，我讓酒店幫忙定船票，3:30的船票，船整整晚點了1小時30分鐘，而且預訂的不是快船，是大船，這樣對我後面的出行十分不友好。綜合來説這家酒店還是值得，乾淨的衞生，專業的潛水教練。衹是酒店的服務需要跟上。

超級差評 房間很破舊，一股黴味，黴菌的味道，我回到家了身上還是一股黴菌味道。 上午和半夜，洗澡都沒有熱水，衹有下午和晚上才有熱水，而且一會兒熱一會兒冷。 床單非常薄，浴巾非常舊而且不吸水。 酒店還不提供拖鞋，游泳池很臟根本不可能游泳，所有的東西都很破舊，和照片不符。 要不是春節時間到處都沒有房間，這種老破舊的民宿，給我錢都不會住。

It's a gem if you like to stay alone inside the jungle of Puerto Galera! The receptionists was friendly and professional, the breakfast menu was also good (both Asian and Western). It's a little secluded, but if you like walking, it's just around 1h 15min from Puerto Galera City 👍 The rooms was nice, it looks modern and had solar power (when power go out - which it did regularly outside the city - solar power kicked in, for everything except the TV...) The pool area was nice! But when reporting that soap dispenser in bathroom didn't work and the safety box needed change of Batteries they did nothing... You should expect room amendments to work... Still, not a bad experience: I liked the place, even if it have a cock-farm (rooster farm) close by, so you'll hear roosters from early morning till late night... I would stay here again... Even if we didn't get any 'Welcome-drink'.... I would recommend it at this price (I think we paid around ₱ 1200/night w/breakfast.)

The hotel room was big, clean and spacious we received welcome drinks with a smile on first day but I was not happy with the inconvenience of Wi-Fi and tv channels quiet few times no air con the swimming pool at the rear can be noisy along with dogs barking way past 22:00 I am a light sleeper and if I had known I would experience dog barking I wouldn’t stay there . I was not happy with the length of time I have to wait to be served food over 43 minutes. there’s a lack of breakfast choices

I booked this hotel for my sister and myself. Unfortunately, the flight of my sister got cancelled and we were not able to arrive. I tried to call the hotel to discuss if it’s possible to have a refund. The shut down the phone and never responded on emails. Very unprofessional establishment.

Fantastic resort , great staff and hosts , good ambience, close to all the amenities. The hosts are able to organise all sorts of excursions at fantastic prices . Clean rooms serviced to a high standard daily. The staff and owners cannot do enough to make you feel welcome .

I booked at Jalyns for 5 days, & stayed 2 weeks. It is 5 minutes ride out of sabang & 10 mins to puerta galera. A perfect distance to escape the hustle & bustle, but also close enough not to be inconvenient. They also have mopeds for hire. The owners & staff are friendly & helpful and make you feel welcome. Leah was amazing with my booking, sorting everything out promptly by messenger. It has many room types, a restaurant and 2 swimming pools. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would recommend Jalyn's resort.
