Southwind Palawan recensioner

No default cleaning schedule. Also the bathroom is outdated and the shower is falling out. Also the pool is only 4 feet deep. Resupply of toiletries are not included if you are staying longer. The wifi is not reaching the last room which is room 12. Okay for 1-2 days but more than that don’t waste your money

Location is just walking distance to where i should be. Walking distance to robinsons. Very convenient.

The locationis not far from the Airport , if you don't have much luggage, get a tuk tuk , it's fun and cheap. The staff are amazingly friendly anf very helpful. The pool is mot large , but just big enough.. Rooms small but clean and tidy. Only slight complaint , the WIFI is not great.

I enjoyed my stay, the food could of been better but the staff were lovely :)

The hotel territory is so beautiful, it’s very peaceful and picturesque. The room was fine, we found all the necessary stuff inside. The pool was fine but the water wasn’t so clean and it’s not deep. Breakfast portions were not big enough but the taste was nice. We enjoyed our stay there. The stuff was very helpful and polite.

Near Robinsons Palawan. Very quiet and peaceful. Decent plated breakfast.

They have to check every single night if you exceed in number of guests which I found very absurd seems they don't trust their guests 4 star to 5 stars hotels don't do this. Location is okay, no gym and limited food choice.

Customer oriented maintenence group. Ckeaniless in the sorroundings including the piol need improvement. Choices in the breakfast menu is not halal friendly. The only option is cornedbeef meal but they used Argentina brand alike

front desk and other staff are good except for the airport transfers who failed from arrival to departure no proper coordination from the front office and handling the email hope proper coordination between the reservation , front desk and the one handling email can be enhance

Front desk staffs are approachable. Ambiance is good. Room is clean and worth the money. Big pool. Breakfast served is okay.
