Servatur Castillo de Sol

This is our second time staying in theses apartments. We stayed in a terrace one witch is on the pool leave, then are spotless. Apartment cleaned 5times a week if you want and beds changed twice a week, clean towels when you want. Bar is ideal with a small menu for snacks and also do the most amazing cocktails, staff are really friendly and nothing is a bother for them. Pool is a great size with plenty of sun beds also, pool area is cleaned every morning aswell as the pool, all in all I think this is a great place to stay in Puerto Rico I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've stayed in plenty of apartment's. We will be back next year.

arrived late at night Porter was very helpful room clean but small with adjoining door not ideal not enough space to hang clothes we had to use chairs for storage also plastic chairs and table should not be inside appartments pool area clean but no smoking signs we vape but no vaping signs aldi lifeguard more interested catching people smoking or vaping needs to watch pool more who ever done mini make over needs to go and look at the dona elvira stunning hotel we won't be back would not recommend

Here now hotel is lovely just one small gripe is 10:02 not 1 sunbed left but they all bugger off until early afternoon and are not used for hours. I’ve spent more time at the beach than in the hotel so my wallet is benefiting others… There is a policy saying unable to reserve beds but this is not true. They are reserved all day but little used by some so for me I won’t be coming back to this hotel just for this reason.

Great location, close to Puerto Rico Shopping Centre. Friendly bar staff and reasonably priced. Hotel room was above expectations, really nice little apartment on the 8th floor with an amazing view and privacy on the balcony. We both slept very well, and I personally liked how comfy the pillows were. Good amenities.

Just spent our first week in GC at castillo del sol and it definitely did not disappoint. Amazing views from our room, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless and food from the pool bar is good. Small supermarket underneath the apartments has all the basics you need and staff are lovely. Location wise we were very happy with how central we were a couple of mins walk to commercial centre (167 steps) down though 🤦🏽‍♀️ which are ok going down abit more challenging coming up but taxis are only 4 euro so we used these on a night. We would definitely return here thank you for an amazing stay

No complaints about the hotel at all, it was clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The resort itself spoilt the trip with its absolutely ridiculously loud music every night until gone 4am. Just when u think it's over the road sweepers come out and the clubs start emptying the bottle bins. There's no rest at all unless u take zopiclone and then ud be OK. I've never been so happy to come home to sleep.

Recently just came back for a week at Castillo de Sol. Really good value for the money paid. Apartment was clean and equipped with a hair dryer, kettle, toaster. The TV had Netflix and YouTube which we liked. Air con you have to pay for but this was €25 for the week so not bad price! Location wise, we loved the location as it wasn’t far from the commercial ***** and the beach. Only downside was the steps on the way back up to the hotel. However, after a couple of trips you get used to the steps. The staff at castillo de Sol were beyond helpful. The first night I realised I had the wrong suitcase from the airport and was very panicked. The night staff and the receptionist the next morning were so understanding and helped me contact the airport. They also booked taxis for us to get back to the airport. All staff including pool bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. Throughout our trip we said how great the hotel was and how we want to write a review which we never do. Overall, highly recommend !

Just back from a 2 week stay. Had a lovely time. Apartment and complex kept very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms more than adequate for 2 people. Hairdryer and free safe in bedroom. Big terrace getting the sun all afternoon through until around 8pm which was great for some privacy if didn't fancy being around the pool. Plenty of sunbeds, fairly priced pool bar serving food/drinks with lots of laughs from Dante (didn't really interact with other staff due to times we were in there). Lovely walk downhill/steps to the beach and following along the pedestrian way round to Amodores Beach. Only ate out at the Shopping Centre 4 times but the food was really good. Recommend Mau Mau and Taj Mahal. The steps didn't bother us coming back up but taxis around 4 euros if you can't manage them. Overall, we had a nice relaxing holiday and I personally would go back again tomorrow! And questions please feel free to ask.

An excellent 3 star hotel/apartment. Very clean apartment, staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking available. On site snack bar provides good value food and drink. Pool area excellent and enough sun beds for anyone that wants them. Good size balcony with pool view.
