Had an amazing stay at Balcon del mar, the apartments are huge with everything you need and the balcony is also huge. There is barely any noise during the night so we were able to get good sleep. The pools are clean and one is heated, there is plenty of sun loungers and very clean toilets and shower rooms. The views from the top are breathtaking! One of the best sunsets i have ever seen. The snack bar is good, we ate a couple of times there and the food is very nice, the staff are also very friendly. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. There is a few routes to the beach which take around 30mins to walk, we just got taxis back and was only 5 euros. There is also the Europa centre close to the hotel which has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return back. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet place to stay that has stunning views then i recommend this place.

Wow a day before we came on holiday was told change of accommodation should have been sol y paz. Balcon De Mar was a very pleasant surprise. Beautiful clean spacious, amazing view, staff so helpful and pleasant. Would recommend here to all. Yes a little further to walk to pubs and restaurants but a lovely walk checking out the view at night.

Lovely view, big balcony, clean rooms and area. Quiet location, shopping center nearby. Nice pool area, minimarket and pool bar had excellent food. Acees by key code was very handy. Only negative issue was the balcony smoking from orhers.

A really relaxing and friendly hotel, superb pools, great views. For some Easter sun we were very impressed. Clean and well organised. Downsides are the location, right at the very top of the hill and the two larger pools were very deep. Walked down to the beach most days and got a taxi back, only 6 euro. Very near eurocentre, superb for football but restaurants a bit dated and hit and miss. The Chinese buffet and the Indian probably the best, all the others a bit samey and overpriced. Top cheap Easter break.

We travel on the 4th February 2025 were sented here 9 and a half hrs before we went on holiday as we were meant to stay in Sol Y Paz just up the street as we have stayed here a few times on the pass also have stay the Collina Mar across the road but when we were sent to Balcon Del Mar we had or doubts but I'm glad we did go here as it was fantastic place to stay reception staff were amazing as were all the cleaners and bar staff nothing was to much trouble we had 3 appartments as we were a family if 6 and place is spotless and bed were so confy cleaners come in about 3 times a week and your front door is electric key pad to enter as is front gates to appartments we all will be booking here again as we can't fault this place well done Belcon Del Mar

Stayed at the balcon del mar 12/07/2024 for 11 nights in a one bedroom apartment. 2 adults and 1 child. Apartment was spacious with a mountain view looking down to amadores beach. There are two sun terraces with plenty of sun loungers. Pools are a good size. Bar is open daily 10am till 8pm. There is also an on site shop. Late checkout was 50 euro and the air-conditioning 20euro which is refunded once you leave. Room was cleaned 3 times in our 11 night stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Europa shopping centre is a 7 minute walk away and it costs around 6 euros in a taxi to get the the CC shopping centre or amadores beach. Would highly recommend this hotel for families that want to be close to things but in a quiet location. This hotel well deserves a three star rating.

Absolutely amazing we got moved here and I have easy we would go back there in a heartbeat. We had a two bedroom apartment in room 419 looking over the pool. Everything was spotless the staff were amazing. It's only less than 10 mins walk to the Europa centre and that was taking my time and enjoying the views. They have a shop and bar/ restaurant plus two large pools plus a baby pool. The views and the sunset are amazing. We will definitely be returning.10 out of ten from us.

Hi currently staying at Balcon Del Mar, family of 5. Having a lovely time. Staff very friendly and attentive, especially bar staff. Apartment great, very spacious for family of 5 with lots of space for clothes. Balcony great size with lovely views. All basic amenities provided (kettle, microwave, coffee machine and 2 hobs, sharp knife). Beds are comfortable including sofa bed. Air conditioning excellent (€20 deposit needed for that). WIFI also really good and TV appears to have lots of channels (not used it as WI-FI good). Laundry on site (€4 euros for wash). We brought a little washing line, as complex discourages hanging washing from balcony. Pool area - pools good size kids pool and adult pool (shallow end around 140cm). Lots of sun loungers, although appeared slightly busier at weekend. Location - at top of hill. As above great views. There is a commercial centre (Europa) with supermarkets, shops and lots of restaurants 5min walk. Also lovely quieter restaurants down by Amadores Beach, approximately 20minute walk (downhill). Overall great holiday (been here for 1 week) and would recommend this complex to friends and family.

Lovely place. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Apartment was lovely and clean. Nice size balcony (cloudy when we were there) sunbeds would be good on bolcony We even booked for a massage to our room which was amazing. Also let us book out at 11am Definitely recommend.
