Just for the restaurant it was delicious highly recommend. I had the steak special and cheesecake. Although hard to find and you have to call and ask for the gate code it’s worth the extra time…steak was 14 euros. Perfectly cooked. Hopefully you can get there

Fantastic short stay excellent location immaculate appartment clean spacious top floor had everything needed pool are lovely no need to dash for beds not many there is few steps down to centre but easy down we taxi back as it’s €4 ish would deffo go back

Nice staff and pool manager 10/10! Cleaning as purposed 5 days/week - disappointed, only cleaned floors one time at our stay and no new pillow case at all, we gave tip. Otherwise a nice stay and facilities okey. ..........................

This is meant to be an adult only hotel. We stayed here last year and it was wonderful, we choose purposefully to go to no-child places as we value our time together when we get it and only want it interrupted by squeezing children splashing in the pool etc, yes they are only having fun but we would like our valuable time off to be free from this. Today laid relaxing by the pool we were horrified to see a woman walk in with 2 under 10’s. Promptly dive bombing in the pool. My partner went to reception to ask and was told it is the owner and her children, sorry, but when you sell your hotel as adult only I don’t care if you have kids, that is what I have paid for, needless to say we will not be spending our hard earned money here again, such a shame!!!!!!

Apartments still dated but good shower and location not bad,no supermarket on site but water for sale,pool area great and staff really nice but we stayed for 5 weeks and seemed to get often missed out on the cleaning rota so had to go to reception to change the towels,a pity as rest okay

My partner and myself visited the Canaima apartments in March for 1 week. We stayed self catering and we’re just using the hotel as a base for the week. The check in was quick and easy and staff were very polite. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you need for self catering. The shower is very good and the bathroom was again very spacious. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were given which was very nice. The only downside to the hotel is it’s close enough to the bars that you can hear the music all night however to actually get to the bars and restaurants you have to walk down 260 (we counted) steep steps which was ok for us but anyone with mobility issues should avoid this hotel. All in all an enjoyable stay and provides exactly what we wanted, we will be back again same time next year.

Dropped off on a hill early hours of the morning, very dark - driver pointed to go up the hill - half hr later after going past other accommodation, found a gate leading to reception - lighting above the gate way saying to reception would help - Security waiting & were helpful Rooms spacious and clean, equipped with enough to support self catering, free safe, (no aircon although can hire units) - beautiful pool area - snack bar - limited. Lady ion snack bar usually in back room - smile or two would have helped Is quite isolated - never saw anyone including reception until last day. First few days 4- 6 around the pool, very very quiet. Didn't feel a holiday vibe - Felt uncomfortably quiet Situated on middle part of the hill with nothing around, and a pool/pool bar that shut at 5pm - if want to nip out for couple things it is down to the bottom of the resort. Read 58 steps down to next level - over 150+ steps and 2 levels to go down (taxis are available) - Check out 12 o clock lunchtime, if later and want to use the pool area this is 10EU each or EU30 to keep room on - maybe worth speaking to reception about this based on arrival time to accommodation Resort very clean, majority of shops/bars within shopping centres at the bottom of the resort. Puerto Morgan worth a visit

Our apartment didn’t look like the advertised photo. Bad checkin from none English speaking security guard, just pointed to our room. Reception didn't open until 11 even although our welcome piece of paper stated 10am. No internet details until reception opened the following day. Safe needed attention. No hand wash in the bathroom. Generally totally under welded

I stayed here to surprise my parents as this didn’t no I was coming I get there get my key walk on to my balcony there’s a guy standing there offering me ***** before I could even open the door I just walked out to get a shower and go meet my parents I one back go sleep well tried to beds are to hard then I go out to the balcony in the morning another guy is there offering more ***** so I spoke to reception thay said thay already no thay have complaints about them I then decided to move hotels to where my parents was avoid Canaima Apartments
