Morasol Suites

This was our first time staying at a hotel abroad in over 10 years as we usually stay at villas and the hotel was amazing we were a bit nervous incase we wouldn't enjoy it,it is an amazing hotel. No mad stampede for sunbeds as they have rules in place,every staff member was friendly and very helpful. I left my mobile phone in a taxi and the staff went above and beyond phoning the taxi firm for over 4 days and luckily I got my phone back. Loved the location of hotel the area is so peaceful but you have everything you need within a 5 min walk shops,restaurants,bars. They have a little fridge with all the essentials you need for self catering bread,milk,juice which is all reasonably priced. We had such a great time we didn't want to come home yesterday. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms really big we had upgraded our room to the one with a hot tub and the room was massive, with its own kitchen and living area with separate bedroom. Breakfast was good. The one member of staff we seen every morning at breakfast was the same girl working in the pool bar until 5pm and she was always friendly and welcoming to us. Shame the bar in the lobby wasn’t open but maybe it’s just because of the time of year. Once 5pm came, the only place to get a drink was from a fridge in reception that you could then bring to your room. It’s a short walk to the bars and restaurants and that suited us perfectly. The beach was on our doorstep.

This was our very first trip abroad from the UK. Choosing a place to go , area and hotel took sometime. After reading the reviews for this Hotel we decided to choose here, and we do not regret our choice whatsoever. The experience from being greeted at reception to entering the suite was seamless. The Hotel , suites and amenities are exceptional and exceeded our wants and needs, and expectations. Comfortable beds , kitchen area with everything you'd need to a dining area, and our own seating area outside on a private patio was exemplary. Sitting there on a morning watching the whole place light up was memory making. The hotel is perfectly placed for amenities with only a short walk to the marina , boat ferries , beach and the Puerto Rico Shopping Centre and the Mogán Shopping Centre just a short while further. Our suite was serviced regularly with the staff always friendly. This Hotel is a gem and you should take heed of all these positive reviews as our own experience supports them. May I conclude by saying a huge Thank you to all at the Morasol Suites for making our 1st ever trip abroad so special.

One of the best breaks we have ever had. We came end of October for 9 nights, we stayed at the Marina Suites last year, but used to walk past this hotel and think how lovely and peaceful it looked. we was checked in by the lovely David, he was absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome, we had the ground floor apartment pool view room 129, it was wonderful and had everything we needed. We found our stay extremely relaxing, no running to sun beds, no loud music playing, everything was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. We loved it that much we booked while we were there for next year. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Puerto Rico, it’s on flat ground and Bars and restaurants are easily accessible. We opted for Bed & Breakfast, the Breakfast was sufficient but could be so much better. The bits that could be improved was the Sun-bed area near the roundabout, people used to hang around and sit on the wall waiting for the bus to come pick them up, maybe some privacy screening along the fence would improve this. Also a few minor works like the tiles around the outside of the room could do with clean and paint. I still give this hotel 5 star rating just for the sheer fact it was so peaceful and relaxing. We had the most relaxing stay at the morosol, the rooms, the balcony, we could get a sun lounger any time we went to the pool. It was a wonderful 10 days stay. Great idea the fridge in reception to buy supplies if you arrive late. We will be back soon.

Had a lovely week at the morasel apartments ,the staff were brilliant, especially the reception ladies. Lovely clean hotel ,cleanest I've stayed in ,spotless .a credit to the cleaners . My only fault with the hotel is that there should be some kind of decrotive screening going along the fence ,by the pool an the adult area with the jacuzzi . You feel like your in a fish bowl .people walking by an looking in ,no privacy at all .that was what's put me off returning, & that's a shame x
