Hotellet är fantastiskt, vackert, personalen är 10, vi kommer att upprepa!

Det övergripande pris/prestandaförhållandet för hotellet är bra! Temafärgen är huvudsakligen blå, vilket ger den en sommarkänsla! Rummet har även en terrass med utsikt över poolen och en liten bit av havet, vilket är ganska bra! Frukost går att beställa direkt och det smakar jättegott!

Trots den överraskande avlämningen längst ner på kullen, med Easy Jet transfer-coachen, var vår semester på detta hotell helt perfekt. Välkomnande, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Städare var fantastiska, halkade in på vårt rum när vi inte var där och lämnade det orörda. Frukostarna var mer än tillräckliga, nylagade och de höll oss igång fram till middag. Solstolar var alltid tillgängliga, och badvakterna höll poolområdet rent och snyggt. Solen var först på poolområdet runt 11:00 och låg kvar resten av dagen. Detta gav härliga avslappnade frukostar och tid att utforska innan du svalkade dig i poolen. Taket översta området var ganska mycket badade i solsken, från 10:00 am. Baren var lättillgänglig, från vårt rum och poolen! Vi ville verkligen inte ha något, och vi kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka. En fantastisk plats att tillbringa vår 10-års bröllopsdag. This place is a absolute must,we stayed at the nachosol Atlantic Hotel from arrival the reception was so welcoming we had all the information we needed the door code ,keys to our rooms,the WiFi which was very good,the safe which is free.The room was so spacious ,beds are very comfortable and pillows so clean we had a lovely sized balcony, the bathroom was also very modern jack and Jill basins. The maid came 5 days out of 7. Therefore is about a slow 8 minute walk down hill some lovely places to eat and drink the prices are excellent, there is also taxi service from reception who always called for us they literally arrived in minutes. There is also another centre at the top which has amazing bars ,karaoke, to singers bars show all the sports ,fantastic takeaways,taxi up was around 5 euros. The only downside if you can call.it that the sun doesn't come around to these apartments till 12/1pm but this wasn't a problem as the beach is literally 10 midtown some steps which is manageable not if you have mobility issues but the taxi are so cheap. Would definitely stay here again.

We are not really ones to write reviews but this hotel and ALL the staff here certainly deserve one! We are on our last day here and what a fantastic week away we’ve had. I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel. The rooms are lovely and kept superbly clean at all times so big thank you to the cleaners. The pool is gorgeous and as I’m sat here the life guard is cleaning all the sun loungers. He keeps the pool area spotless at all time so huge thanks go to him too! The breakfast is great, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Bacon, sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns through to cereals, cold meats and cheese. Coffee and juice great too. The lovely ladies in the restaurant are very attentive and always there with a smile. Big thanks to them too. The only thing you need to be aware of is the steps…they are a killer. All 176 of them. They are fine going down but coming up is not for the faint hearted. However, you can get a cab back from town easily enough which costs around 4 euros. The hotel is central to both the beach which has some lovely restaurants and the commercial centre in the other direction which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. If you are considering this hotel then my advice would be, just book it!!!

We have just returned from a 4nt stay here , we where placed in one of the ground floor rooms, these can be a bit dark in the daytime as the only access is through the patio doors , there is no front entrance . The room was spacious but very annoying when you open the patio door the furniture is sticking out so obstructs access slightly . Whlist there where sunbeds available at this time of year , the hotel was only 50% full , busy times I doubt there is enough for everyone .. Good points : Friendly staff , on reception and lady at breakfast. Near to beach ( but steps down ) Good views from top terrace . Bad points to why we have rated it as a 3 star hotel : Towels in the room are past there best , we where given ripped towels and took them back to reception to be told , no more clean ones left to replace them . ( see pic ) Breakfast , one morning wasn't busy , the limited sausages, hash browns and beans where refilled with cold and not cooked items as a rush to re-fill , NOT to 4 star standard !... We have been to many hotels on the island and sorry wouldn't return to this one ..

A lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Aways sunbeds by the pool area, area was very well managed and kept clean by the lifeguard on duty. Room was clean and well stocked as expected, Buffett breakfast was more than suitable and enjoyable for the size of the hotel. Access to the beach and centre is good, lots of steps and steep hills but manageable. Great to have a luggage room and shower facilities available on the last day before transfer back to the airport. Pros: - Very clean - Relaxing feel, never too busy - Great staff Cons - Location (if your not too mobile, but lots of taxis around) - Towels have seen better days, ripped and stained - Parts of the room showing wear, counter under the fridge and sofa not looking too fresh. Overall, would definitely return!

Arrived around midnight checked in smoothly and quickly, very efficient and friendly. We were in room 211, 1st floor. First impressions of the room were spacious and clean, bathroom consists of shower, toilet & double sinks, was always plenty of hot water. Bed consisted of two singles pushed together, good night's sleep, quite comfortable. Kitchen area ok, fridge could have done with being a bit bigger though. The balcony was a good size with table and chairs and a clothes drier. The hotel has a roof top solarium which we used most days with the addition of hot tub and showers which you can cool down in, brilliant up there overlooking the beach and resort. We only used the pool once during our stay as we preferred the solarium, area was kept clean, no sunbed wars. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and have booked to return next year.

Second Time staying here wow just wow .. Staff are so helpful and very pleasant .. Breakfast was perfect .. so peaceful situated in the right position .. would Highly recommend.. We have been coming to Puerto Rico for 15 Years and stayed in numerous Hotels this was just perfect.
