Apartamentos Monteparaiso

Not Recommended. These apartments are no longer part of the Servata Riosol Hotel Resort. To check in there is a telephone number at the gate entrance to ring for someone to give you access to your apartment. There is no open 24hr reception desk or area. The apartment block seems to be a mixture of privately owned and rented apartments. The pool area was dirty and never cleaned during our stay. So we never used the pool. The local toilets to pool area were unclean with some units out of service. There was no Wi-Fi in the apartment . Apartment cleaned every 3 days and towels and bedding changed. There is no pool bar or any area to purchase food or drinks on the complex. Available sun beds with a lot of broken umbrellas. The area is dated and in need of a good clean and overall. There is a two lift system to get from pool area to top entrance. Noisy work been carried out in some private apartments during our stay. Our apartment was a one bedroomed, kitchen had minimum cutlery etc for self catering, microwave ,toaster, kettle, two hot plates. Bathroom looked like been modernised in last few years and was clean. Light up mirror and hair dryer. Free safe in room. Bedroom with fitted units and drawers etc. So our apartment not to bad compared to others that people showed us. The apartments are right opposite the Europa shopping centre, with plenty of bars and restaurants. With a few supermarkets. We would never stay in these apartments again. The complex needs a complete overall in our opinion.

We stayed 5-12 march 2025 on arrival we had a number to ring and were given a code to put into a key box to access our apartment key. The apartment was very clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, there was plenty of sunbeds and just across the road for the Europa shopping mall with some lovely restaurants and bars on the other side of the mall was a taxi rank with taxis arriving every few minutes. We were very happy with our stay and are hoping to stay again

Absolute shocking place. No reception no WiFi no air con. In the apartment it self there is cupboard doors hanging furniture is filthy and walls need a good clean. Pool area both pools closed and no reason as to why. I would not stay there again if it was free. No travel agents should even put their name to this place. Words can not describe how bad I feel about this place. I always say to my wife don’t read reviews because everyone as there own opinion on things and this review is just mine. But this is so bad I think people should know about it

Such a poor experience. The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Poor lighting in all walkways, no lights down by apartments by pool. Loose tiling in all walkways. All areas outdoors need a lick of paint. Apartment was clean but very outdated.

Booked with on the beech. The room is OK but the balcony is so small. Tried to change room but hotel said not possible. Can not get a sunbed as yet round the pool as they are all taken. Unfortunately we are booked here for March. We will try and change the hotel of we can ever get through to on the beech.

Really run down ,probably OK to stay couples just to get their head down , no reception, badly inneed of an revamp of the complex , really disappointed , staff who are from a different hotel very nice and couldn't do enough for us.
