Rosalio in Breakfast Buffet is Excellent! Very hospitable and friendly. He took care of us and make sure that we have all what we need in the table. Our whole family had so much fun, the food selections are excellent. We will come back and see him again. We Love him so much!!!!

Angel along with All the staff have been nothing but great ! Every day they have provided the best service to my wife and I. We have been here at Fiesta Americana for two days and do not want to leave! Will definitely be coming back Zero complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this resort - Side note: Breakfast buffet was 10/10 Mexican,Italian and Asian dinner options have been amazing

One of the many reasons I love Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa is the amazing people! Gume in buffet patio has worked here 40 years and loves his job. Friendly and welcoming to all guests and colleagues! I do highly recommend Fiesta Club and it’s worth the up charge for access to Sonne Lounge and Buffet on outside patio!

Beautiful property and well located, excellent and friendly staff, great food and good drinks. The beds and bedding were the best ever! Resident peacocks and iguanas roam free. Buses stop right outside the front and they are 10 pesos. Ubers readily available.

This is our 3rd time staying at Fiesta Americana and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The food, drinks, staff and location are wonderful. Special recognition to Danae, Melanie, Aldo, Pedro, Antonio and Louis for their excellent service and sense of humour. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We originally had a few glitches with our room but the staff took care of it immediately with great professionalism, (especially Cassandra!) ~ The pool bartenders (Leo & Efram) were amazing. They learned our names and our drink orders and gave us (and everyone else) very special attention. We went to the upstairs pool one day and had the same, if not better, amazing experience with Rafael (the waiter / bartender ) up there. Will be back again soon!

Have stayed at Fiesta Americana in Cancun many times but first time at Puerto Vallarta. Hotel is a bit dated and is undergoing some construction. The hotel is conveniently located about 12-15 minutes from the airport and right in the middle of the ***** between the Centro and Zona Romantica (to the south) and Marina Vallarta (to the north). We easily walked to both (about 2 miles) and no turns so you can’t get lost. But what is Fiesta Americana known for? SERVICE! The entire experience from beginning to end came with excellent customer service. I highly encourage you to pay additional for the Club upgrade and get access to the adults-only pool. Here you will find the very nicest and accommodating employees, Rafael ( Rafa) and Ignacio (Nacho). They took care of us all week and truly made our stay memorable. While we didn’t spend much time at the main pool, the entertainment was very boring. I may be comparing my experience to Cancun, but I could not see spending all day there listening to background music. Certainly not a fun/party atmosphere. We ate at the Italian, cevicceria and buffet restaurants. Good was very good and service was great. Special thanks to Captain, Darcy Bravo who helped us make reservations and always greeted us by name, ensure that everything was perfect during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying our morning coffee overlooking the water and seeing dolphins. Additionally, I hit the gym each day and there’s plenty of equipment to get in a great workout. In addition to its proximity to the Centro, there’s some great restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket across the street, and a Walmart and Sam’s Club within walking distance. Overall, a very good stay at the Fiesta Americana - excellent service, great location and close to everything you could need.

Everything was better than expected and we expected it to be great. Every employee is great, shout out to Leo, Efram, and Rafael at the pools and Sonne club. Food was great, not overcrowded, and chill. We would all go back here again. Thanks to all the employees

This is more of a hotel than a resort, but you pay resort prices. Now, I’ve been so some swanky hotels before and a couple exceptional all inclusive resorts in Cancun & Cabo, but I had greatly lowered my expectations for this place before I even stepped foot in the joint. Unfortunately, this place exceeded my expectations in the wrong direction. Staff: Half of the staff was somewhat friendly and the other half of the staff looked and acted miserable. Every other resort I’ve been to has a very welcoming vibe, but this was the opposite. Food: We tried the food on the first day and it was bland and not fresh. We ended up eating out the rest of our trip. Our friends gave it one more shot and ended up joining us to eat out afterwards. So much for “all inclusive.” Drinks: Tasted watered down and some were downright nasty. The only good drinks were at the pool bar. In fact, the pool bartenders were the only staff that resembled what a resort should feel like. Also, the only place you could get bottled water was at the front desk. But we felt like we were bothering them every time we asked. Room: The room was nice, and the ocean view helped make up for a lot. This was the only redeeming quality of this place — and the reason for the second Star. The room service, however, had limited options. Spa: Seemed limited and didn’t have the hydrotherapy I’m used to. The spa at the Sheraton had an amazing hydrotherapy and massage deal, so I went there instead. I didn’t want to waste my money on a mediocre spa experience. Lastly, the elevators would keep breaking throughout the day, so you’d have to take the staff elevators most of the time. The place felt old, rundown & stale overall. Recommendation: Stay somewhere else. Or even book a room at the Sheraton (it’s cheaper but much nicer) and pay for your food/drinks. We spent double everything because we paid for “all inclusive” but had to go outside for everything to feel like we were on vacation.
