The Sapphire Ocean Club is a superb place to stay in PVR. We stayed in one of the 4 suites. It was spacious, impeccably clean, attractively decorated, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Victor G. and Luce Marie. The food was tasty, the drinks were delicious, and the menu was varied and fun. We had visited on day passes before, but staying at the club was the way to go. We have two minor suggestions. The living area could use extra light such as a floor lamp. It would be great if the staff wore name tags. We will definitely return. Thank you! Donald and Jim

Over the years I have frequented the beach club which is a top class experience. The last two visits to PV I booked to stay at the hotel as well as I might have just found my forever hotel. The employees, room, food, top notch. Don’t miss adding this one to your list!

We had a wonderful stay for two nights at the Sapphire Ocean Club, but we went away wishing we had stayed longer. We stayed in one of the suites right on the pool level about 10' from the pool. The entire staff couldn't have been more accommodating, with special thanks to Victor and the rest of the staff. P.S. - The cocktails by the pool were really good.

We came to Puerto Vallarta for a birthday weekend with friends and wanted to experience all this beautiful city on Banderas Bay has to offer. Friends recommended that we make a reservation at Sapphire Ocean Club and we’re so glad we did. Sergio and staff treated us amazingly well. We had a brilliant day in the sunshine enjoying the gracious hospitality and amazing service.

Loved it here! Great food, drinks, music, and service by Sergio, Victor & Louis! We had delicious guacamole, fish tacos, and a shrimp “burger”. Drinks came fast every single time - the waiters here have som serious hustle, and not to mention a bit of muscle too!

Great place to lounge by the ocean or to grab a bite to eat. Excellent food with an amazing view. Sergio will help you make your vacation a wonderful experience. He remembered us from last year and picked up right where he left off with his attention to detail. Great guy…great service!

Best place to stay in Vallarta. Excellent staff and service. Convenient. Comfortable. Fun. On-site restaurant and spa. Been coming back for the post New Year week for 5 years now. This place has become a Zona Romántica institution and never disappoints.

This was our 4th stay at Sapphire Ocean Club. I stumbled upon this place when my husband and I were looking for a pandemic escape at the end of 2020 and it’s been the only place we want to stay since. The staff, El Capitan Victor and Luz-Maria always make this feel like a second home for us in Puerto Vallarta. Personalized attention and friendly service is the norm. The rooms are very well-appointed, spacious and modern. The bespoke atmosphere of this resort makes it feel like your own private condo on beach. Not to mention the food and cocktails are pretty perfect and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

The Staff at Sapphire never disappoint us. This is our Quartely visit to Vallarta and Sapphire is the only place that we go to hand out at the Beach. Maria, Danny, Oscar, Martin, Junior and Victor are the Best. They will go Above and Beyond your Expectations. The Food is Fantastic and we are never disappointed. While at Sapphire make sure that you get a Massage as they are the Best on the Beach!!! Thank You for another Fantastic Visit and we will see you again in April...
