We stayed at the hotel for three days. The location is in Pula, to the center of the town and the town square is about 15 minutes walk. The staff is friendly, advises and informs about the island. They also have list of taverns, pizzerias and restaurants nearby they recommend. The hotel itself has its own pizzeria, but we preferred to walk to the city center for dinner. The rooms are clean, daily cleaned, towels changed, air conditioned. In the rooms viewed towards the main road, traffic noise is heard, you have to have the window closed. Breakfast is good, the staff fulfills additional wishes. I would praise Nicola, who was preparing excellent coffee and breakfast. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but unfortunately we didn't use it. To go the coast you need a car, it is a little too far away to walk. There is also a shop under the hotel where you can stock up with drinks and food for traveling around the island. I recommend this hotel!

This is a harder review to make in my 71-country visits. Arriving at the hotel, I was buzzed-in to the property's foyer only to discover I would need to use the lift to go one floor up to reception. I was happily-greeted by two very pleasant reception staff who expedited my check-in & took me to my room, showing each area. At breakfast the next morning, I was cheerfully-greeted by the breakfast staff who showed me their offerings. I found the 5 breakfasts consumed there to be great but short of excellent given the absence of eggs other than cold, hard-boiled in addition to bacon or sausage not being offered. Simple additions such as these would go a long way in accommodating Western-country visitors. My room was spotless & the housekeeping staff were excellent and very attentive! Now, to comment on the overwhelming negative issue that caused the most disruption & grief for me; the incredible lack of English-speaking staff save for one male receptionist. Whether it was asking a question about the pool or asking for a taxi or inquiring about a tour or a query about attractions nearby, EVERY conversation was exhausting save for the male receptionist whom I only saw/had interaction with once during my 6-day stay. Each dining/reception staff member tried their hardest, often apologizing. I'd stay here again if more English was spoken. ALL staff were great and I recommend this hotel if English isn't an issue! BTW, hotel is NOT near Cagliari. It's far South in Pula.

Beautiful brand new Hotel in heartland of Pula village …professional and welcoming…best pool relaxing time best pizza ever…! We definitely back again Thanks guys Next time will we try the Spa C you soon

A wonderful place to stay This was a wonderful hotel, with excellent staff. The rooms were just beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. This is a beautiful little town with wonderful beaches. I would highly recommend it .

1)Restauration La restauration sur place à éviter catastrophique on vous dit il y a rien ou presque rien de la carte du restaurant et quand on arrive à se faire comprendre bah la serveuse vous a oublié elle passe à autre chose sans s inquiéter du pourquoi je ne suis pas servi …oublié la moitié de la commande …merci à à laura formidable pour avoir fait le relais quand la serveuse ma oublié et servi les patate au dessert ? Simple oublie il font aucun effort sur la barrière de la langue aucune implication malgré une communication en anglais de plus elle se fou ouvertement de vous en riant de ses maladresses . Service chambre client Attention ️ piège ️ En arrivant on vous donne le badge de votre chambre sans vous dire que vous allez être raquettez a votre insu vous êtes pas prêt tout ça est bien ficelé vous entrez dans la chambre un ménage de haut niveau rien à redire très propre mais vous avez comme indiqué dans la brochure un mini bar contenant 1 coca zéro 1 coca cola normal un Fanta un mars 1 snikers 1 Twix un mini paquet de cacahouètes une bouteille 50 cl eau naturelle et une eau pétillante une bière 50 cl à aucun moment ni contrat ni verbale on vous explique que si vous touchez vous payerez le prix fort des denrées à disposition l’eaux barres chocolatée est la vielle du départ on vous fais remarquer que faut passer à la caisse il m’ont facturé 120 euro pour de l’eau et du chocolat une semaine de vacances hors il m aurait dit simplement. Si tu touches tu payes je serai descendu au supermarché en dessous de l hôtel chercher à moins 80% les mêmes denrées .merci à Laura ,Nicola et Mauro qui ont été seule à nous aider. Directeur Mais le pire est la …alors que j attend dans le halls avec mon épouse mon taxi … descend le directeur qui a faillit me marché dessus sans nous regarder alors que je me suis appliqué à dire mon plus beau buongiorno il m’a juste lâché un regard méprisant sans réponse un bel exemple de comment est géré cette établissement

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour de 9 jours l`hotel est super, bon petit déjeuné avec chambre spacieuse et très propre . L`hotel est situé à 10 minutes du centre ville ideal pour ce restaurer et à 10metres superette à disposition Top , de très belle plage à 3km possible de le faire à pieds , belle région à voir et hotel à conseiller .
