The location and room were good, but the service felt impersonal. Despite my package including breakfast, the staff initially seemed unaware of it. After some discussion, they agreed to provide one dish per person. However, when i ordered egg bhurji, they refused, stating that non-vegetarian items were not part of the complimentary breakfast. The food itself was quite expensive, and the taste was just average. Overall, it was a decent but not exceptional stay.

Location is good. Staffs were cooperative. Needs to work on pool area. Overall it was a nice stay.

I visited this hotel ***** with my mother. We were only two ladies but still we felt safe and secure. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable, location wise also it is pretty close to the station. Food was also good but it is overpriced, they should work on the rates for the food

Good Hotel. Location is good off the Old Mumbai Pune Highway. Rooms r spacious, clean. Room 203 has backside view. Only regret was absence of Coffee Maker n Refrigerator in d room. Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms . Food is expensive. Did not ordered food during d stay. Only ordered Tea. Service is equally good. Swimming pool is small but okish. Did not use Indoor games although saw Table Tennis. Ample parking space. Overall good.

When we stay in this hotel. At night they gave check in to other family. They stayed at our floor. Lots of noise done at 12 o clock in night we request at reception that ask this people to stop noise that other room are full and in room family are slept. Because of this lot of noise on floor we can't sleep proper and management do nothing for this terrible experience
