Tucked within the historic Fort JadhavGADH, Chajja - All Day Dining offers a unique blend of heritage and flavor. I recently dined here and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Vivek, Mudassir, Sachin, Sain, and Moin, whose efforts made our visit unforgettable.The ambiance at Chajja, perched above the fort’s entrance, is enchanting, with stunning hill views from the Jharokha balcony. The menu, featuring Maharashtrian and North Indian specialties, was a delight. The Methi Dal was rich and comforting, while the Tandoori starters, recommended by Vivek, were perfectly spiced and paired beautifully with a Hardys Stamp Riesling, suggested by Mudassir. Sachin ensured our plates were promptly refilled, enhancing the experience.The Peas Pulao was a hit for its simplicity, though the Maharashtrian Flower Batata Rassa, served by Sain, could have leaned more into authentic regional flavors. Moin’s warm hospitality made up for a slight delay in food service, which took about an hour. The pricing (around ₹1200 for two) felt fair for the generous portions and royal setting. However, a bit more attention to cleanliness, like dusting the balcony railing, would elevate the experience further.Thanks to Vivek, Mudassir, Sachin, Sain, and Moin, our meal at Chajja was a perfect blend of culinary excellence and heartfelt service. We left with smiles, already planning our next visit to this fort-side gem.

Rajak, Pramod, Vivek, Amisha Biswas were all cooperative and gave good service. They even celebrated our Wedding Anniversary. Overall all staff are really good and cooperative. Welcome process is also good. Chajja and Paytha both restaurants are neat and clean. Food variety were a lot. Mandir aarti was too good. Maharaj of Temple was also excellent. Rooms were neat clean and tidy. Hill view room had excellent view. One suggestion : Teach " Marathi " to non maharashtrian Staff, Add more maharashtrian food item in ur menu like puranpoli, shrikhand puri.

Awesome property, with great hospitality. Dev, Pramod, Neha, Tania and Sandeep from Chajja restaurant is very helpful and gives good suggestion in overall experience. Serves best food. They serves home grown vegetables.. must visit. Keep it up guys..

Sudhir & Vikas were excellent host for us. Food is delicious, orchestra was pleasant. The floor was a bit sticky in the room. The backyard I. e. the West side has a bad odour of septic gas. Team are excellent in fort jadhavgadh so nice food and service.

This is amazing place very nicely maintain and it’s beautiful inside nature, maintain inside the ford. We enjoyed one day with audio Safari facilities Very delight. Staff’s and services. Very delicious food and they have their own recipes and they are harvesting their own vegetables. We like this place, and with friends will do more visits with familywith friends To do visit and enjoy with The family.

We really enjoyed the stay and hospitality was the best! Really unique experience for a wonderful getaway and yet so traditional vibes with luxury! Lovely staying in a fort. Our room was excellent. We had a nice view overlooking the mountains. The place is huge and there were multiple activities. Coming to food we were spoilt for choices. There was always hot bhakri in the menu. They also serve vegetables grown in their own backyard. Definitely a must try. Special shoutout to Chef Santosh Sakpal for paying attention to the guests. Especially when it was full. This definitely is a place to visit!!

Stayed in the tent accommodation. It was very nice right opposite their little lake. The property has big broad staircases so I would not recommend for elders who have knee or back issues. Food is delicious. Good for a night as not much to do unless in a big group.
