Not good our stay is very much uncomfortable in century Hotel, even though the hotel is situated heart of the city condition of the room, AC is not working. and also, TV is not working. staff were very cordial, but the operation and maintenance of the room specially AC is pathetic. In order to save electricity for AC consumption, they have made us to sleep whole night without AC.

it's extremely good in all manner, I always prefer to be in the same hotel whenever I come to Pune official or my personal visit to Pune.

Location is good
Food quality is also awesome
But AC not working nd no one is responding on phone for 4-5 hrs almost
Also they charged half day amount for 2 hrs late checkout

The room was okay but quite dirty.
The lampshades and the roof were not clean.
It had a feel.like as though there was leakage from the roof. Also towels and other things were provided for.only 1 guest when we were 2 of us. We had to tell them to give. Also sheets were stained and I had to ask them to replace the sheets.

pros- location is excellent.. can't get more better location... shanivar wada and dagdu seth is at walking distance.
good ambience , cleanliness is good .
cons.- room service inactive early morning.. only after 7:30-8 do they respond
bath tubs are very old , and broken. i had to change room twice to get a good bath tub .
no buffet for breakfast, they cook on demand.

Property has to be renovated there is no cleanliness. This was my second visit in 3 years but hotel has turned from good to bad. PPL don't attend you,staff don't respond

The receptionists there are very sweet and good. They help you a lot with any difficulty that you face. Are very caring and all the problems are solved within mins. Even the food is very good and provides you with a variety of options. Have stayed for two times already and is a must recommended.

Everything was good however it can be improved by adding some room freshner and hand towel and breakfast as compliment.
