A big no to stay at this property for any kind of traveler. This hotel is Scam One of the worst hotel in Pune with zero hospitality knowledge. Specially the staff Ms. Mansi and Mr. Omkar. Highly recommended not to stay in this property. Charging you for a 4 star property but is actually less than a guest house. Service Zero Hospitality Zero Staff Attitude Zero Rooms Pathetic smelly and damps response zero Food: Unhygienic and below standard level One of the worst hotel with worst management and staff Not a place to stay even at free of cost. Guest house is better than this hotel.

Excellent area, opposite shivaji nagar metro, and close to the bus stand. Great ambience and waiting lobby. Food is sumptuous. Fast redressal of issues by helpful staff. A welcoming and helpful reception. All that i looked forward to in a good hotel. Strongly recommend

The rooms are in poor state & need a change over. Staff needs to be educated on customer service. Breakfast has less options & only one staff for all guest

There are no tolieteries in the bathroom. Beds are very hard and not comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast is very average with hardly 4-5 items only.

I had booked for 2 nights but due to unprofessional behavior of staff i canceled my one day stay. The rooms which were provided a/c was not working properly room was cockroach infested. Bed was in terrible condition with spring were uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows provided with sweat stains on it. They can charge u with extra money for extra service but when asked the manger for refund towards one day cancelation they say its not in hotel policy.

The stay was horrible and terrified as two persons walked inside my room at 3:45 am early morning. I was very much shocked and could not sleep. Security is a issue in this hotel
i don't why make my trip suggested these kind of hotels to their customers
