I recently stayed at Sterling Stolen Heaven @ Lonavala , and had a truly relaxing and delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and came with a lovely balcony sitting area, perfect for soaking in the fresh air and scenic views. The resort’s location—away from the hustle and bustle of Lonavala market—offered peace and tranquility, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What stood out was the resort's thoughtful setup for kids, including bicycles, indoor games, and a clean swimming pool—ensuring our child remained engaged and happy throughout the stay. The food was exceptional—on par with top restaurants in metro cities. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious and fresh. Special thanks to Mr. Bibek and Mr. Mangesh from the staff for their warm hospitality. A kind gesture from the resort manager, who personally packed sandwiches for our kid before our journey, truly touched us. Lastly, the lush greenery surrounding the property, especially in the rains, added a magical charm to the entire experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful getaway with all comforts and caring hospitality.

The location is totally private and at the same time easily accessible. It is located on the old Mumbai Pune Highway . Nice cottages , I occupied a 1 BR unit. It was on the ground floor . The rooms are clean and pretty well sized. The swimming pool is good . They have other activities like a table tennis table, carrom board and bicycles. The restaurant is slightly expensive , but the food is good. The staff is very helpful . A few changes needed in the property, they need to do something about the mosquitoes . They do spray something in the garden every evening which makes all the mosquitoes flood your room. The bedroom mandates a television , the air-conditioning is good . An AC in the living room would bd welcome especially in summers. The sofa in the living room needs an update. A microwave in the kitchen will help. But I will still reiterate the place is good and with some minor changes can become excellent.

Excellent hotel, superb hospitality, great service and delicious food, our stay was fantastic Swimming pool was awesome There resto bar and Cafe was delight, hot children was yummy, Tarun the bartender was amazing, buffet at restaurant was amazing, thanks to Chef Mukesh

Though I could only stay for a night with my family at truly a, 'Stolen Heaven' by Sterling at Lonavla. It is not only a Stolen Heaven. It is a unique experience which satisfies your innermost desire to holiday in peace and to enjoy and have fun with family and friends. A perfect heaven abode with so many activities to keep a child and a grandparent involved and the food is not only tasty but worth each penny. Personal thanks to the GM, who solved our problem, so professionaly and to his team, which is a well knit family who serves the Guests with love and care. We wish you all the best. See you again soon.

Disappointing Buffet Experience I visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience with the buffet was far from satisfactory. The buffet was left empty for nearly half an hour, with no food being replenished. After waiting patiently and notifying the manager about the issue, I was disappointed to find that nothing was done to address it. The staff member in charge of the buffet didn't seem to pay any attention, and there was no effort to ensure that the guests were taken care of. For a place that promotes a buffet experience, it’s unacceptable to leave guests waiting for such a long time without any action. I expected much better service and attention to detail, but sadly, this visit didn’t live up to those expectations. Would not recommend if you're looking for a consistent dining experience.

Special thanks to Harshal and House keeping staff for taking care n giving excellent services. This is very beautiful resort,very quiet peaceful place away from City surrounded by nature, hills. Very big property of 5 Acers. 50 rooms good place for any event.

We like the property & my parents are very happy for they are anniversary moment in stolen heaven. We will definitely visit in this year end. Staff are polite & humble. Some activities need to be add . Otherwise we enjoy the place................

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the pool area and the stunning views—it was the perfect place to relax. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
