In the resort Punta Ala, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees. Bathing jetty, bathing place. In the house: WiFi, roof terrace, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop 350 m, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant, bar 350 m, bicycle rental, ferry "Piombino" 47 km, rocky beach 250 m, diving center 650 m. Marina 350 m, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 3.6 km, riding stable 4.4 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Cala Violina 16 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 21 km, Follonica 21 km, Grosseto 43 km. Hiking paths: Riserva Naturale Diaccia Botrona 23 km, Parco naturale della Maremma 60 km.
