Everyone was amazing from the second we got there to the moment we left!! I’m vegan and they were super accommodating with my food. Huge shout out to Carlos for making sure we were well taken care of. We’ll be happy to be back.

I purchased thi hotel vacation for three family members and when I got there was for one person . I had to pay extra and high price for the rest of the family. I will never use this app again

Desde que ingresamos al hotel, el gerente nos hizo el check-in como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor, con una actitud despectiva y de mala atención. El hotel está en un estado lamentable: los alrededores son un basural, con escombros, desechos y lámparas arrancadas, todo en completo abandono. La piscina principal tenía el agua turbia y con un aspecto lechoso, en la que, salvo que estuvieras alcoholizado, no te meterías. No hay sombra en los alrededores, solo camastros al sol sin siquiera una lona encima. Además, el hotel tiene una especie de playa, pero con agua contaminada. Para acceder a una playa real, ofrecen transporte dos veces al día, a las 10 de la mañana y a la 1 de la tarde, hacia la playa pública Juanillo, donde tendrás que pagar por las sillas y sombrillas, ya que el hotel no cuenta con un club de playa. Nos asignaron un mayordomo, pero su única función era reservar la cena, lo cual no tenía sentido porque solo había un restaurante habilitado por la noche. Además, del menú ofrecido, solo tenían disponibles la mitad de los platos. Debido a una urgencia familiar, tuvimos que irnos al día siguiente. Una vez más, la atención del gerente fue grosera, y no nos devolvieron el importe de las noches no utilizadas, argumentando una política de cancelación inflexible, que más bien parecía una política insensible. Ojalá fueran igual de estrictos con el mantenimiento del hotel, la atención al cliente y el trato humano. No volveré y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Fue una experiencia desagradable.

Great for a quick getaway where you don’t have to leave the resort. Make sure you ask your butler about things to do. If not you may not know. Day and night entertainment with Charlie from Pop is excellent! Bartender Nelson is also amazing! Helios is delicious. Beds and rooms are great. Simple and everything you need.

The hotel looks nice on arrival but DO NOT UPGRADE TO PREMIUM. It is a rip off as they ripped us off. They catch you when you are tired and come in from a long flight. When you complain they do not follow it up. The hotel decides what it will charge you but it is not worth it. Like all holidays there are pros and cons. Pros - Charly is very good and works very hard. So does Andres. Pools are cleaned every day but need some TLC. Plenty of sunbeds so no need to save them. We were met by Juliana very meal time and shown to a table. Kelvin was the waiter who speaks good English and is very helpful. We stayed in Room 4214 which was very spacious and clean with fresh towels every day. Drinks are great and you can order most things. Some food is better than others but the BBQ on the beach is very good and so is the Italian. Entertainment ok, but could be better. If you get a chance go to the Chic Cabaret Show - Fantastic and worth every penny. Cons - Constant loud music played by the younger entertainment members (Nicole & Elian) who want to twerk and party all day and put on their own show when Charley is not there. No service from pool waiters unless you keep nagging them (Premium members), wait a long time for food to be delivered, lots of staff don't speak English only Spanish so can be hard to communicate, not good for 2 weeks stay as very repetitive, aim at Americans, Mexicans who stay for 4-6 nights, always having to ask butler to sort things out example: stocking up fridge in room, clean towels by pool, running out of soft drinks and food by pool, make sure food in Helios is cooked as husband had to send 2 meals back as meat not cooked. When it rains the hotel because dangerous on stairs and landing, restaurants flood. We spent 12 nights there and after our 5 night wanted to return as hotel and services were appalling. We will not be returning to this hotel. The only good thing to come out of our holiday was that we met some fantastic couples from Kentucky, Kent & Michigan in the same boat as us and we became great friends.

Upon arriving at the resort, my experience was significantly different from what was depicted in the promotional images. The initial room showed considerable signs of wear and tear, notably with the bedside console exhibiting clear water damage. The bathroom was also concerning, featuring mold in the shower, a splitting and chipped vanity, and a need for rechalking in the shower area and an unpleasant odor lingered in the room. We had booked a swim-up room, only to be disappointed by the sight of grass growing through the cement. After reporting these issues to our butler, Brahin, he initially informed us that no alternative rooms were available and that there was no manager on duty to address our concerns. However, about an hour later, he returned with an offer for a new room assignment. The transition from room 1103 to 3306 took an excessively long time, as we had to wait three hours for our luggage to be moved. While the new room was an improvement over the first, it still displayed signs of neglect, including a lamp shade that was coming apart, chipped furniture, and stains on the curtains. Additionally, we found hair in the jacuzzi and spider webs in the bathroom, which highlighted the overall lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, I encountered a roach during my stay, which was quite unsettling. Despite being advertised as a five-star resort, my experience indicated a rating closer to 2 stars. The quality of the food also fell short of expectations, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. Moreover, the language barrier was a significant challenge, as many staff members struggled with clear English communication, making interactions quite difficult. It’s also worth mentioning that the pools were restricted to premium guests only, which felt limiting and disappointing. While waiting for our driver, our assigned butler Brahin walked past us numerous times without acknowledging us, which reflected a lack of customer service. Overall, this resort is in desperate need of renovations, improved customer service training, and culinary upgrades. My experience was underwhelming, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quality getaway. It was, frankly, quite disappointing.

Husband and I came for a four night and had a great time. I’m not sure if I would stay much longer than that just because you are limited on food choices. The New Year’s Eve dinner was awesome and so was the entertainment. The drinks are in no way water downed. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place, good food, unique services, people are very kind and very nice. The rooms are excellent and the view is amazing. I really appreciate the trip. When you go there look for Yelitza at the lobby bar, for lian (perla negra) ang for edis at helios restaurant

Jeury Morales was our butler during our stay to celebrate my birthday at the TRS Cap Cana hotel. He is a very kind, attentive and excellent human being. He coordinated our breakfasts in the room and dinners in the restaurants within the hotel. He was available for any need or question. We love him very much.

It was pleasure stay with my wife. Everything was above and beyond our expectations as first time stay there. The staff was very nice throughout our check-in and check-out, in the restaurants and all throughout the hotel. The room was extremely clean as will as every place throughout the hotel.

It was a great resort! Warm welcoming from the staff. Food was amazing! Beach is small. Pool was large and plenty of space and chairs to lounge. Overall experience was 9/10 would recommend.
