This property is exceptional in several ways. While most properties in the area only have three bedrooms, we accommodate larger groups with an extra bedroom, a second living room, and multiple seating areas on the back patio. We designed it for our dual-family vacations as a place to connect and make memories in abundance. Pool Heat is available for $40 per day, with a minimum of 3 days.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Boat trailers need to be registered for free at the PGI city website. A trailer without a permit WILL be cited and/or towed at the expense of owner..Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Cans need to be out to the Gulfside curb the night prior pick up and promptly brought back behind the fence..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Awesome location!
Such a beautiful house very spacious and in a great location had plenty of shopping for the women in the area.

This property was excellent! Very quiet area. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking essentials. The grill was great. We enjoyed the pool area very much spending most days there. The canal was beautiful. My son used the paddleboard a few times. Beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area. We absolutely loved our time there.

Second time staying here! Thisvplace does not dissapoint!! Had family fly in to spend time for my dads 70th birthday! Highly recommended! Just as good as the first time we stayed! Super clean , amazing neighborhood! Beautiful views!! Thank you so much for family memories!!

Last toast on the coast
The house was beautiful, just as described. I would definitely stay again. We had a few hiccups but Julie was prompt with taking care of us.

Staycation
We had a great little family staycation. The home was very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own room/bed. The beds were very comfortable too. The pool and patio area is set up for entertaining and if you are staying with your boat, there’s a nice dock and short ride to excellent fishing spots and fisherman’s village. We took our boat to have dinner and fished over the weekend. It was a very relaxing, fun filled getaway.

90th birthday celebration
Perfect place for a family get together for our mom’s 90th birthday. We were the central meeting place for the entire group, although only 7 stayed at the house. The open floor plan was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated. It was a special weekend that I know my mom will never forget.

Modern, Clean, & Spacious
This rental had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was large and well-stocked, all the bedrooms were clean and well decorated, and the pool and canal views were incredible! Can't wait to book again!

Sun and Sand
The property was amazing. Clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was very spacious for food prep and the grill was an added bonus. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Will definitely stay at this property again.
