This was truly one of the best holidays of my life. The staff were incredibly attentive — from the friendly waiters and talented chefs to the hardworking cleaning team. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who has the chance to come. There’s something here for everyone — from endless fun for the kids to relaxation and activities for adults

I'm currently here now and think this place is brilliant. For context we are a family of four with two children aged 7 and 13. Things we like. 1. Cleanliness. A special well done to the gardening team and site cleaners. The grounds are well maintained (and no one ever high-fives the gardeners). 2. Staff. All friendly and efficient. A special mention to Mercedes in the restaurant for patiently conversing with me in Spanish. I really appreciate it. 3. Booze. Quality brands served cold and carbonated. All inclusives fail here usually. The rose tap is especially dangerous. 4. Entertainment Team, friendly, professional and engaging. Cruise Ship Quality. 5. Food - sushi night was a real win. 6. Beach - beautiful with clear water. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and nice located Hotel with perfect accomodation , very good food and first of all very nice and friendly staff ( thay would like to help You in every situation not becouse they should but becouse they want to make Your stay perfect ) I’m sure that we come back to this hotel next year

Our stay at Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites & Spa was absolutely superb! (3 nights end of May) I can't praise the wonderful staff enough — they were always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Always ready to help, they were both informative and incredibly attentive and enthusiastic (especially with our chatty children!). The hotel’s surroundings are stunning — located right by the beach. The outdoor seating area of the restaurant offers a beautiful sea view, making it a perfect way to start the day. We loved enjoying the sight of the turquoise water and breathing in the fresh, salty sea air each morning. The hotel’s facilities are excellent. We stayed in the Prestige Suite Rooftop Sea View apartment, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, fresh, well-equipped, and very comfortable. As a family of four, we had plenty of space to relax and play. One of our favourite parts was unwinding on our rooftop terrace, complete with big loungers and jacuzzi — it was the perfect spot to chill in private and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Top marks go to the quality and variety of the food — such an important factor on holiday, especially when you're relying on others to prepare meals for you and your little fussy eaters! Food is very important to us as a family, so we choose our holiday resorts carefully. We have to admit, we were a bit nervous at first — being a large resort, we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of food quality, as bigger places often struggle to maintain high standards when it comes to buffet-style dining…The food was absolutely fantastic! The meals were done to a fare-thee-well — beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and presented with care and attention to detail. We were consistently impressed by the variety and freshness of the dishes. And the friendly chef preparing fresh meals right in front of us on request was truly the cherry on top! (How I wish I could take him home! ) We relaxed, played, laughed, and enjoyed plenty of delicious food. For our family, the hospitality, standards, and location of this place were perfect for an easy yet prestige holiday. We’re already thinking of when to come next So Cheerio, but be back soon!

I visited this hotel with work earlier this year, and decided to book a (solo) last minute trip last week as I felt it would be a good and safe place to travel alone. Really enjoyed it, other than a rainy day where there wasn't a lot to do (the spa was OK but no space to just lounge other than in the hottubs, sauna etc). There is also one one english language TV channel - a news channel. I knew this, so downloaded some TV to catch up with. The WIFI is pretty good, but does drop when you move location - I fed this back and someone came to check it later that day. The rooms are great and spacious, comfy beds, lovely shower etc. The kitchen area is basic but enough - make sure you turn the fridge to max though - I kept a bottle of wine in the freezer bit and it was perfectly chilled. Generous balcony/terrace areas too, with sun loungers and table and chairs. The pool area is great, always plenty of sunbeds available, and lots of towels on hand. There is music played, but only loudly for an hour around lunchtime. The food was pretty good - if a bit samey. Chef Julio Cesar is amazing as others have commented, and he welcomed me back to the hotel which was lovely. Sometimes the food was a little salty, but plenty of choice to avoid those dishes. My main issue with dinner was that there is no "free" water available - despite there being a water fountain at breakfast (as well as free Cava!!) and at nearly 6 euros for a half litre bottle this was not great. Drinks generally expensive too... There are some restaurants and supermarkets about a 2 minute walk away, next to the beach - useful for stocking up on drinks and snacks for the room. Yes, it's a bit pricey (especially when compared with the all inclusive next door), but in my view worth it. Thanks to all the super friendly staff too - you really made my stay, and made my solo travel super comfortable!

Wonderful stay. The view from the balcony was stunning and I can't fault the hotel. Prestige side was calm and relaxing and the main hotel had everything we needed to keep the children busy. Splash park, tennis, football and spa. We will be back. Thank you
