Excellent hotel Very clean. Our server in the restaurant INMACULADA was amazing and very kind. Sonia in reception was extremely helpful with a big smile and Eugenio in the Bar was amazing and will one day be a good manager All in all an amazing stay great facilities pool sauna everything you need for a perfect holiday Entertainment team were fab We returned as a romantic return after 40 years and it has changed hands and name for the better Need additional parasols Thank you

Good hotel for a relaxing stay and great location, close to Mahon and the airport. Staff are excellent and the animation team is one of the best we have ever encountered

My husband and I stayed for a week at this hotel, all-inclusive. We absolutely loved everything about it, the food was fabulous, the drinks were very nice, the room was large and clean and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. The complex was completely wheelchair friendly, although set on a hill, so the push back up from the sea front was a bit of a struggle. Punta Prima itself is a small, quiet resort, so we were grateful for the evening entertainment in the hotel, which was great. Our only complaint was the large number of French people at the hotel, who we found to be extremely rude and ignorant, not the hotels fault, but something for British guests to be aware of!! In short, we had a fabulous relaxing week and want to say a massive thank you to everyone at the hotel who made that possible 😊

I’ve given the hotel 3 stars, in some ways I’m being tight because the staff, the rooms, and the cleanliness were right up there as 5 stars. The alcoholic drinks and drinks in general were also 5 star worthy, but what let the hotel down was the quality and heat of the food. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool area, lovely bed plenty of cupboard space, nice size tv I was able to use my firestick and have YouTube and all the uk channels. Lovely powerful shower big towels, always hot waters nice big balcony, but sadly it was not the weather to sit out in. There were always plenty of sun beds although in hot weather there may not have been many umbrellas every member of staff we came in contact with were helpful and smiley. As my wife had left her phone on the plane a couple of the staff were especially helpful ringing the airport and trying their best to reunite her with her phone. Sonia on reception and Roberta did their best. They might like to know we we’re reunited with the phone at easyJet lost property office at Menorca airport.

We loved our stay last week, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent and the position was very close to the beach, car hire and local restaurants. The highlight of our stay were the Animation Team at the Hotel, I cannot stress enough how fantastic they were, not only in the activities and shows they put on, but their engagement with my family was wonderful, they really brought my twin boys out of their shell (they are twenty, but quiet and shy), but the team, particularly "Cappuccino" and "Guacamole" as they are known were just wonderful with them and encouraged them to join in pretty much everything they were doing. We became very fond of all of the animation team and want to mention them all: So thank you so much to: Giada, Cappuccino, Guacamole, Fabi, Shaggy, Pipe, Moana, Chamo, Heloise, Luna, Ali, Arthur, Nabil, Leo and Elisa (Sorry if we forgot anyone). The only negative comment was the evening meals, although there was alot of choice, the meals weren't hot enough and weren't very exciting, although we had paid for half board we ended up eating at the local restaurants every evening. However, we cannot fault the breakfasts at the Hotel, they were delicious with a huge selection of hot or cold foods, wonderful fruits, granola, pastries etc... We would definitely return to this hotel, but next time on a bed and breakfast basis.

Had a great week here, great hotel, Good choice of food, and snacks all inclusive. Close to the beach, and restaurants staff wonderful and very friendly. Highly recommended. Definitely would go again. Had room 5204, pool view and partial sea view, very spacious.

We had a lovely stay at the Occidental and would definitely return! Located in a nice area with a short walk to the beach front, close to Mahon airport. We had a car so it only took about 20 mins. They have a carpark onsite but it is 5 euros per day. The staff were helpful and polite, the rooms were cleaned to a good standard everyday and the food was fab with a great selection. My only issue (which is very much down to personal taste) is we're not an entertainment-watching couple, so in the evening, there isn't anywhere quiet to go away from the evening entertainment. So often we would go for walks or have a game on the balcony (luckily our room was the furthest away). Overall, a really enjoyable stay and I can definitely recommend! :)

Had a brilliant family week in May 2025. Stayed with wife and two 20 year olds twin sons. The entertainment staff are incredible and make the stay so much fun. An incredibly dedicated and fun team to be around and the games and activities ended up being the most treasured memories we will take away. We booked a week away, but came home with so many memories that we will never forget. All the entertainment staff were amazing, with special love to cappuccino and guacamole for their fun and affection.

From the start until the end of our holiday we had no problems. Reception and bar and dining staff were great and very helpful, the food was good and plenty choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner and also snacks. The entertainment were really good and friendly. The pillows were my only downside
