Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Decent hotel that is very accessible from London if you're driving. Great value for money. Breakfast options are good as well. There is a shopping area and service stations very near to the hotel. Parking is via voucher but you have to pay for it.

Very welcoming staff with smile, smell fresh in reception. Quick Checked in. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Meal in restaurant was delicious and breakfast in morning. Chkout was nice smooth. Will definitely be back again. Location is fantastic

Service was great, staff were very kind and welcoming. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Rooms were nice and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Dinner was very tasty, not long waiting time and the food service was lovely. I will definitely go back.

Quite simply the cleanest Premier Inn room we’ve stayed in, the reception, corridors, lift and most importantly the room was absolute spotless. The evening receptionist was happy and very pleasant. Your housekeeping staff are the best by far!

Dirty, unfriendly staff You have to pay for the car park on top of paying to stay there. Bad expérience with staff at checkin and checkout Rooms dirty You have to pay extra to Park despite only bring able to get there by car because the hôtel can't manage who Parks otherwise they fine you.

Good location to London without staying in central London. Great value. Lots of parking available, although this is chargeable. Easy to find, not far from the M25. Also near lakeside shopping centre for food, shopping or just browsing. Train station not too far away.

Absolutely fantastic staff working at thurrock west from the begining ladies greet you with smile,the room been given very huge and very spacious, bed is very comfortable, bathroom fresh and very tidy. Had Dinner at the restaurant, very big variety of menu selections, the breakfast was simply the best. The location is amazing as it is very close to Lakeside shopping centre and a lot of parking spaces on site.

Very plesent stay,we was met by very professional staff,with smile and a very polite manner. She was offer to book a table,was very clear with time table of restaurant for dinner and breakfast,explained about parking. We got a room where was very quiet ,very surprised if the treats we found in the room. Will be back soon
