Don't Book The Hotel. Behavior of the manager is Rude. All are cheater staffs in reception. If you submit the door key in reception, they hide the key and ask for money for the key when you have last min time to catch the train. Food Quality is Bad. They insist to use their own Priest for Puja.

They ran a SCAM over the 31st dinner. People were asked to pay 1k per person before they were allowed to check in. - while booking it was not clear that I will be forced to pay extra before I am given access to the room - I had elderly person with me. The situation was clearly constructed to scam money from customers when they are in an adverse situation - I cloud not even cancel the booking as the booking cost was non-refundable - the behaviour of the reception staff was rude to start with which resulted me arguing - the reception staff mentioned that they are not able to or willing to resolve the issue as I booked via MMT. Clearly they were trying to punish me as I used MMT service - I am not in a Vishnu tirtha to have a Gala dinner on 31st night. I don’t want to party tonight. -I am forced to compromise on my religious sentiment and choice based on this scamming as I was not open to partying in a non-veg party scene for the night and now I had to pay way more than I booked for - seems like it is practised by this hotel to extract more money from their customers. Is MMT party to this scam? - I came here for a peaceful experience and this has left a really bad taste it was not worth it At the end of the day, this was nothing but a scam. Had to spend 4K extra as part of this scam and also needed to eat food against my wish. ***My response to hotel's reply on google review**** - I booked a room without any meal - so there was no mention of ANY dinner paytment when booking. You are purposefully hiding this information to SCAM people who came for a peacful darshan. - by your logic all other customers at the reception are all ignortant. Just to let others know there were around 4 other families who also had the same issue as mine. Booked a room without a meal and than had to pay as unless they were denied entry. I experienced, 4 families wihin 15mins. - thanks for clarifying in your response that you consider your customers IGNORANT - this further shows how you treat your customers.
