I have stayed in this hotel in the past and it's really disappointing to see that they have deteriorated a lot in terms of service. They don't provide sufficient toiletries on their own. We booked a double bed room for 4 nights for 3 occupants (adults) and they charge extra for one additional person but they won't provide you basic amenities (towels, cups, glass, etc.) for that extra person. The lamp shed hanging near the cupboard just over the bed is broken (Refer photographs). It's a safety hazard and when I complained the manager gave an irresponsible reply. He said that it is in this condition for last 18 months and no incident has happened. The bathroom fitments in wash basin is in broken condition. Every time I had to complain about the issues and when I said I will a post review then only they started taking extra care by replacing bed sheets and pillow cover with room cleaning every day which they usually do once for each guest. Only good thing is location. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely waste of money 💰.

Room and Bathroom.. Bed all were clean... Comfortable... Geyser.. AC was perfect... You can view the Sunrise on Sea from your bed... Room Service and staff behaviour was very good... Quality of Food in restaurant was very good... Fresh Parsey Fish we have taken... Quantity of Dal.. Alu bhaja... Salad.. One plate is much enough for two person... Nolen gur ice cream was added joy... A very big Thank you to FNB manager Jaijit Biswas for his kind help and cooperation... Thanks to owner and reception managers who helped me to cancel my room for one day and returned back my money... I am very much satisfied .. Only drawback I felt lift service...I have visited there just last Thursday 14.11.24 ..

FRAUD Online booking fraud business. Took 4000 and did not confirm the booking. That guy was saying he was about give an OTP for confirmation. In the name of OTP he was about to snatch more than 1 lakh rupees from my credit card. When I called landline number from the hotel site, they said they already know about this fraud.

Worst experience i have ever had.Very much high price as per room quality,in this range huge number of hotel available with much better facilities in less price.They do not know how to behave with tourist.TV was not working properly,Salty water supply,Damp wall.AC remote not functional well(which is not possible to find out at a glance) I have booked room for 3 days, initially provide broken key tag(attached with gum) when i informed after 2-3 hr of check in as the attached site was loose.From the reception desk 2-3 members they started falls alligation and i have forced to pay 500 Rs.(dont know what can be actual price of such tag).After that i have not enough confidence to use their any kind of gadgets .Later on next morning i leave the hotel and took another hotel for 2 day with less price with far better quality. Avoid this hotel at any cost to gain better experience from puri.

6 of us visited pulin puri on July 2024 and it was one of the worst experience I ever had. The services are very very bad, people in reception doesn't pick up calls and pay any attention to the customer’s need and are very rude. Walls are damp. Rooms were shabby, TV don't work, AC for room no 319 is not working(not sure of other rooms),Salty water running in taps and very very dirty. Also the rooms we have booked have not been given to us and we have been allotted with other rooms which are terrible. Prices of the rooms are not justified as per the services and amenities provided. In this price range there are other much better hotels available in Puri. Suggestion - not to go with this hotel if you are planning to visit Puri.

We all are happy and satisfied with the hotel Pulin Puri, will definitely recommend other friends and family. Mr Dilip took care of our every requirements. Food was very tasty too. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. We booked sea facing ac rooms, which we would recommend to book for others.Thank you Puin Puri.

Wonderful staffs, specially manager Mr. Dilip. Very helpful and quick service. Good housekeeping and tasty foods. Bengali food is really awesome. Great view from terrace. Good location. Had a great trip. Will definitely visit again.. 😊

Worst hotel of Puri. They have Small claustrophobic rooms with zero maintenance ,on top of that lots of mosquitos were there. Hotel Staffs and receptionists are dump and totally incapable of their jobs. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. At a price of 3 star hotel, they are providing services and rooms just like a shabby lodge.
