Positives: Clean room. Really clean. Really appreciated. Breakfast spread was very good. Tasted better than average, too. Ashok and one more lady from the breakfast area were courteous and made it easier for us to enjoy breakfast. The greeter lady at the restaurant was also polite. There was a decent sea view from the room. Need to improve: Lack of welcomingness. The staff has some kind of an attitude. It is not direct but can be clearly sensed. They are way too curt. They mixed up our dates. Their check out time is 9 am. That’s too early. The keys just wouldn’t work. In that humid weather, EVERY SINGLE TIME, we had to go back to the front desk and get someone to open the door for us. They said they’d give us new keys but they didn’t. They did not accept amex even though it was booked through them. But that doesn’t suit a hotel like this with premier prices. So, in all, there are some good aspects to this pricey hotel. But the overall experience was not that comfortable.
